I purchased a 2015 Can am F3s spyder last year march of 2016,Beautiful machine. I had two oil changes done by motorcycle mall service center last year. Recently I notice oil dripping from the oil drain plug no where else. I drove my bike to motorcycle mall service center and ask can they take a look ... at the drain plug to see if it's tight.. this is where I was told it cost $240 to look at my oil drain plug...The service supervisor Michelle showed very little to no mechanical knowledge about how a engine is harmonically balance she suggest that maybe the oil drain plug vibrated loose which is impossible if the drain plug was Torque to spec, she kept throwing insults to the point I just walked out. The front desk in the service center along with the service manage (Michelle) lack common sense when you have an issue with their service.

I put A deposit down on a polaris slingshot ( which was marked up $2500 ) on 8/8 and was told it would be in my possession by October. Well, December came and still nothing. I went to my salesman Loyd, and asked for my deposit back or I was willing to purchase something else. I was told it was non ... refundable because it was paid to polaris. I called polaris and that was not the case. So if you want headaches and to get ripped off then this is your place!

I guess they sell a lot of Asian bikes because they sure don't know a thing about their European brands. I purchased a Moto Guzzi from them, which they knew little to nothing about. The sales manager even told me, 'We only sell these because the distributor makes us. We only want the scooters..." ... They have 4 year old leftovers that are barely discounted and calls about them went unanswered. I also called several times about a service issue with my bike and was repeatedly put on hold or promised a return call from their Moto Guzzi 'specialist' which never happened.
