Springbok Ventures is a boutique evergreen fund. Our goal is to provide significant value to our portfolio companies. That value comes from a number of sources. Typically, we provide financing capital though our fund, and additionally through our network. We take a board seat or other active role to help companies execute their vision. We pride ourselves on being a creative business partner, offering new ideas and open lines of communication to help the management teams of our portfolio companies maximize shareholder value. We are sector agnostic, but have particular interests in technology, software, AI/ML, medtech and biotech.

Clay and Rob started their entrepreneurial careers together in 1998 when they founded and successfully exited Evity, Inc. Since then they’ve been involved in numerous businesses as both founders and investors, many with high-multiple exits in various sectors. They have been nominated as E&Y entrepreneur of the year a combined three times, with one award. Rob raised an historic $50M from four-hundred angels across thirty groups, while Clay’s private investment portfolio has an IRR percentage in the mid-twenties.
