Through quarterly kids events, monthly parent meet ups, sharing current resources and inspiring stories.

Who is PowerSense?
PowerSense is a team of 3 Leaders and 7 Advisory Board Members all committed to the deaf and hard of hearing kids in our community.

How did PowerSense start?
Our founder, Saadia Sheikh, grew up a CODA (children of deaf adults) with both parents being deaf and hard of hearing. Watching her parents work hard and achieve great things inspired her to focus on kids in the deaf and hard of hearing community. Her passion for the community and empowering children started the launch of PowerSense in 2018.
