We invite you to learn more about our company and key team members

Our History
Our company was founded in 1998 for the purpose of providing medication delivery services for a small elderly community in Atlanta, GA. Our unwavering commitment to the principles of Quality and Innovation has enabled us to grow into a national conglomerate that provides a full range of pharmaceutical services to a diverse range of clients.

We currently focus on the Long Term Care (Assisted Living / Nursing Home / Psychiatric Residential) and Correctional Facility marketplaces.

Our Mission
Our mission is to serve as a valuable and integral healthcare ally for each patient and facility that chooses to partner with us. At PharmaLife, we are committed to operating under 3 key principles: Integrity, Quality, and Innovation. These core ideas can be found in every facet of our company. We constantly look for ways to streamline and improve our operational efficiency, while maintaining a culture of quality and excellence.

As healthcare IT continues to advance, we will remain at the forefront of these new technologies. We recognize that in today’s competitive environment, our customers always have a choice in a pharmacy, and we will never take this fact for granted.

Our Advantage

We provide an unparalleled level of customer service to each of our clients. Rather than becoming just another account out of hundreds, each client will receive a level of personalized attention that is typically seen only at a local neighborhood drugstore. We cater to the client’s needs rather than dictate the operational model. Our larger competitors do not always have this level of flexibility.

We are able to leverage our sizable purchasing power, rebate negotiations, frequent utilization of reputable secondary pharmaceutical distributors, and membership in various pharmaceutical GPOs to procure drugs at a cost that is equal to or lower than our larger competitors.

This ability, coupled with our excellence in operational efficiency via optimal use of automation and our courteous and professional staff, allows us to provide a “Win-Win” situation for our facilities: Better service at a lower price. In each Long Term Care facility that has chosen to partner with us, we have consistently lowered the overall cost while simultaneously improving the level of service.

We have never lost a government or private contract due to non-performance or service-related issues. Our private facilities have chosen to remain with us despite frequent attempts by our larger competitors to regain their business.

We offer the capability to accommodate a range of electronic healthcare services, including integration with various eMAR/EHR applications and free access to a pharmacy web portal.
