Conrad Sauvé, President and CEO of the Canadian Red Cross since 2008, is an accomplished senior executive who specializes in transforming non-profit organizations into impactful contributors to local, national, and global communities.
Larry Mills became Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at the Canadian Red Cross in 2016. He is responsible for leadership of the organization’s overall operational strategy and ensuring the harmonization of resources and processes among geographic, service lines and support services.
Amy Avis leads the Humanitarian Services at the Canadian Red Cross, where she oversees emergency management services across relief, recovery, risk reduction, and resilience. This includes leading teams who are on the forefront of some of the most urgent crises in Canada and beyond.
Tanya Elliott is currently Chief, Health with the Canadian Red Cross. Since joining the organization more than 25 years ago, Tanya has held various leadership roles including Director of Communications and Vice President for Ontario.
After many years of service with the Canadian Red Cross, Nathan Huculak is the Chief Communications Officer, leading the organization’s strategic communications. Nathan brings more than two decades of experience to his work in media relations, crisis communications, issues management and public engagement.
Janet Johnson became Chief Development Officer at the Canadian Red Cross in 2021. She is responsible for leading and implementing the Canadian Red Cross fundraising strategy, building and managing the development team, and driving awareness of the organization’s mission, need and deliverables to expand mission impact and organizational growth.
