Recruitment fraud warning
Please be aware that unauthorised individuals claiming to be RPS Group employees are extending fake interviews or employment offers. These scams often use legitimate job boards, social media platforms, and unauthorised RPS logos, employee names, and titles to steal money or personal information from job seekers.
Here are some general tips to protect yourself from falling victim to these scams:
- RPS representatives communicate and transmit job offers from our application portal or email ending in @rpsgroup.com. Any communication outside of rpsgroup.com is not legitimate.
- RPS Group will never send or request payment or financial information from individuals to secure a job as an employee or contractor.
- RPS Group does not require individuals to release personal data—such as address, national insurance number, tax documents, or banking information—at an interview or job offer stage.
- All RPS employment opportunities are available on our website. Applicants can apply or check the status of their application here.
Reporting suspicious activity:
- To report a suspicious job ad or email, contact the UK Recruitment team and include as much detail as possible that will assist us in the investigation.
Recruitment agencies
Occasionally our internal recruitment team needs some support on those difficult-to-fill roles and we fully recognise that a good recruitment agency can be a vital part of the process. So we've created a Preferred Supplier List of trusted partners to help us when required.
This means that any speculative CVs or unsolicited candidate introductions from agencies who are not on our PSL will be treated as gifts.
We’re not currently looking to add any more agencies to the PSL and we would really appreciate you refraining from contacting any of our managers or recruitment team with sales calls or details of your candidates.
Please contact the UK Recruitment team for more information.
