I run a small business

I run a small business, and using Maybe is like having a personal assistant. It understands my communication style perfectly and makes it easy to manage emails, websites, and any other tasks where I need assistance or a second opinion. It has significantly helped me avoid mistakes in my emails and marketing efforts. I especially love the automation features that allow me to set up tasks and forget about them, reducing my stress and workload. Every day, I discover new functionalities that enhance my productivity and efficiency.

Disappointing Customer Service Experience

I am deeply disappointed by the lack of response and assistance from mabyb.com regarding a recent issue with my subscription renewal and account access. Despite clear communication on my part, my subscription was automatically renewed for £35 around January 17th, contrary to my explicit request to stop it. Despite multiple attempts to address the matter and provide necessary details, my emails have gone unanswered. The frustration is compounded by the fact that I can no longer access my account, which seems disconnected without resolution.

I have shared screenshots and supporting documents, including past correspondence where I confirmed my account email. I urgently requested a refund for the unintended renewal, cancellation of the Stripe subscription, and closure of my mabyb.com account. However, the lack of acknowledgement or resolution is disheartening. This experience has been both time-consuming and stressful, leaving me disappointed with the level of customer support provided by mabyb.com.

UPDATE: I got contacted by the support, and in the end, they sorted out my refund. It is a shame that it required this type of action to sort, which should have been a quick fix. Based on this update, I have updated my review to 3 stars.

Once identified, Hannah took immediate action to cancel the subscription and address the unintended renewal.

Hannah not only communicated the resolution via email but also personally reached out to you with a phone call to confirm that the issue had been resolved to your satisfaction.

A game changer for our marketing team

We have been using the Maybe* platform for three months now and it’s been an absolute game changer for our business Severnview Home Improvements. We schedule all our content through the platform and absolutely love the personalised AI that helps create our social content. We are able to create social posts, write blogs, write website copy all in our brand voice and tone. The social calendar is great and helps us create content around awareness days that we would never have known existed, which has allowed to increase our social reach!
The Maybe* app is great and allows us to reply to our customers outside of our normal working hours, helping us to improve our customer response rate.

Amazing customer support and platform to match.

Absolutely amazing ongoing customer support. Danni
is extremely knowledgable in her social media marketing and the setups needed to provide success for our business.

Brilliant

This company have been amazing…

This company have been an absolute godsend, they’ve opened doors to me that I had no idea even existed. Super efficient, super friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Very flexible and the platform is very simple to use! Would definitely recommend anyone with a small business to get involved with Maybe!

My social media support system!

Maybetech onboarding and support is so slick. From video tutorials, a massive guide library to live training.. Maybetech is so much more than a social media software tool, it’s an entire learning portal too!

Danni from Maybe really takes the time to explain everything that I need to know. I get advice and tips and indicators as to where all of the training can be found on the website. Absolutely noting is too much trouble and the platform is really intuitive.

Fabulous support from maybe

Fabulous support from maybe. Worked initially with Danni who is so patient and explains things so simply that even I got it.
Love that I can schedule my social media posts all in one place and plan ahead.

I am still in my first stages using the platform but the level of customer service I got from Sarah, who gave me an initial run through, and then Danni, who solved a long-standing and extremely annoying issue with Meta with maximum efficiency and charm, was absolutely first class. A tech company with a very human touch 👍
