Credit Safe Sales

Credit Safe Sales was patient, they listened, and were responsive to our needs. The Credit Safe product was found to be competitive with DNB, so moving to Credit Safe as our primary provider was easier, yet still a major change for Zeus.

We Rely on CreditSafe for Daily Operations

We utilize CreditSafe as a core element in our daily operations. Keeping track of the risk levels associated with each individual company we work with and being able tweak with the available metrics in which you can run reports to determine their overall standing is invaluable in our decision-making processes. Can't say enough good things about CreditSafe and what they offer. A must have for any business that carries A/R on their financials.

Great product, great people

Our representative, Michelle Regan-Zamora, makes our renewal process seemless. She reviewed all the products we current use with Creditsafe and checks in periodically through out the year to make sure we are satisfied with all products. Creditsafe has a user-friendly interface, which I really appreciate.

My CreditSafe representative really did…

My CreditSafe representative really did a great job helping us find the products we need to use inside our business and went to bat for us a getting a competive price that helped meet our budget needs!
We are able to stay on top of market and customer financail lendnig matters at our finger tips.

Switch to Creditsafe

I've been working with our salesperson for a long time. There were no high-pressure sales tactics like I've experienced in the past with other companies. Our salesperson was so patient while we waited until the time was right to make the switch to Creditsafe.

Using and appreciating CreditSafe

I've been a Credit Manager for close to 35 years and have used D & B, Cortera and others, but I have to say, that Creditsafe Reports provide me with accurate actionable information at my fingertips and allow me to make informed decisions quickly.
I especially like dealing with Matt Celmer as my Rep! He is ALWAYS on his game and represents your company incredibly well!

My time is worth the cost

We have used Creditsafe USA for many years now. I like that they have different plans catered to different business sizes. Their reports are easy to read. I work for a small business and Creditsafe makes sense because I don't have to take the time to track down credit references that the potential customer picks and chooses for us to contact. Creditsafe is unbiased in its reporting and usually takes me less than a minute to have an answer. On the rare occasion when there is no ready information, I have been able to order a fresh report. The one thing that I wish was different is that I do not have a way of sharing my corporation's history of receipts with Creditsafe.

Great Demo!

Jason did a great job demonstrating the Creditsafe software and explaining everything that it is capable of doing for our business. He was able to give us a quote based on what we think we will need and threw in a couple of added perks for us. We are looking forward to getting up & running with Creditsafe.

Best Customer Service

It is all about customer service and Credit Safe has hired the best. Whenever I need help there is always someone who responds, right away, to resolve any issue I may have. Jason Shattah has been exceptional with product details. Jason has been professional and friendly and a joy to work with. Having the Credit Safe Alerts on our customer base makes my job less stressful. Although Credit Safe could do a better job in updating your data base. Look forward to using the reports.

Great reports etc

Great reports etc. Only problem it is a more of a peer to peer type of reporting. Would be so much better if it was an actual credit report like Dunn & Bradstreet.

I love having credit reports available…

I love having credit reports available immediately, so credit safe has saved me a lot of time when vetting a new customer. I also appreciate being able to check on customers to see how financiall sound they are. Great service as well.

So far so good.l We got the contract…

So far so good.l We got the contract signed and are setting up training with our teams. I hope this make our lives in customer service much easier and allows credit decisions to be more efficient.
