Scam...they will take your money and…

Scam...they will take your money and not replace or fix your phone. I paid my money payments, broke my phone, paid the deductible and sent my phone in. I never received my phone back nor a refund for my deductible.

After searching for the best coverage…I picked Esurranty

After searching for the best coverage for cell phones, I decided that Esurranty offered the best coverage for the premium charges. Esurranty also has very good ratings online. It is difficult online to get through all the different sites that do not always give you good information. I weaved through a lot of razzle-dazzle to find the truth on coverages. I would recommend Esurranty, if you want to avoid all the smoke and mirrors online,,,,,.

The best insurance I have ever had

The best insurance I have ever had. A very easy online claim form and within a short time the adjuster called me to get the phone repaired and or replaced. I have recommended and switched many (now happy) friends over to esurranty. I have Sprint and had Asurion which cost hundred's more and never had a good experience. I could have save thousands over the years with all the phones and the insurances paid out. Best piece of safety I have.

happy I have this option to cover my watch

great this offering exists since I bought an Apple Watch from a friend and apple won't cover after 30 days. I'm a little confused on the coverages available after reading all the docs but im sure if I need it, esurranty will help me out.

Worst customer service ever... .

Seems like I am getting the same experience as many others - Esurranty is charging my credit card when there are no current invoices to pay. No update to my account. No response to email messages. No response se to voicemails. Finally called my credit card company to dispute charges and told the card company to refuse any future charges. The worst customer service I have ever seen from a company EVER......

The best bang for your buck with cell…

The best bang for your buck with cell phone insurance. Reasonable deductibles. Phenomenal customer service. If you ever lose your phone or if it is not repairable, you will get a brand new replacement, not a refurbished one.

They only have email support

They only have email support, no phone contact.

Never paid for my repair 2 months later. Absolutely no contact when it came to paying for my repair...

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Horrible company.

Just saw the reply. I did submit everything that was required and after multiple emails your horrible support NEVER responded.. My credit card company immediately refunded my payment for your insurance because this company is marked as fraud! Thanks for wasting my time. Hopefully others see review and don't waste their time or money.

RUN AWAY! These guys are a scam!

This is a 2020 Update!
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY FOR ANY INSURANCE. After months of trying to get someone from their team to acknowledge their mistake, they've yet to take ownership and re-establish my warranty for my laptop. They canceled my warranty without ever letting me know, and even though I continued to reach out to support to find out why and show proof of my purchase, they've yet to take accountability for cancelling and re-establishing my warranty! DO NOT PURCHASE

Still no phone or no contact regarding…

This is an ongoing dispute and I have continually have reached out to Esurranty without any response or resolution. They will not return my property or answer my emails. I am currently still attempting to get an answer from this company. Still no phone or no contact regarding my claim since September of 2017. They have not attempted to resolve this issue at all. I suggest anyone who has dealt with this company and has not received their property back to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. ftc.gov

No response to emails

No response to emails, No refund of deductible
I've been told that they are gonna cancel my claim and initiate my refund on Jan 24, 2019 and its been 14 days and I never got any response from them nor my refund ($299). I sent so many emails and logged so many tickets regarding this. But i did not got any reply to my emails. Currently my claim status is saying Account on Hold, Please let me know when can I get my refund back. FYI support ticket numbers #5TP0G, #RBPO5, #6UYUF, PSB9Y (No response to all these tickets)

Don’t do it!

I have had essurranty for several devices. Signing up is simple and seamless. They have no problems taking your money. The problem comes when they charge your account randomly, or if you want to cancel your policy. I have contacted them by phone, and email over a dozen times with no response or refund. My cancellation has been pending for two months, and I’ve yet to be contacted about that or the erroneous charges totaling $155. This company is great if you want to give away money, otherwise buyer beware!

Love the savings & coverage

I havent had to file a claim so can't speak to that but like saving money on insurance with esurranty vs Verizon. I also didn't want to add more cost to my already exorbitant Verizon bill. I chose esurranty because of the great reviews.

Very easy to enroll

Very easy to enroll. Their policy covers everything including loss of phone. There are some deductibles, but still better then anyone else's program. It's worth having for peace if mind.

recent sign-on for coverage of my $600 + iphone 8

of course i will NOT be able to truly evaluate the policy until i have a claim however, the initial purchase experience along with the informative web site i have reason to feel the 5 star rating was accurate. i would like to mention you folks were very responsive to the few email questions which i had prior to my purchase. hope i do not have to test your credibility :)

I would give ESurranty 5 stars until…

I would give ESurranty 5 stars until the last few months I tried to renew my policy. I was supposed to get a 30 dollar credit towards my current policy for reviews. I never received any credits towards my current policy. In response to ESurranty below: the link to renew my policy did not work. I called numerous times (only got an answering machine to leave message) and filled out 2 online tickets which I got no response to. I finally got an invoice weeks later after my account expired and paid it the same day. Last summer I filled out reviews on 3 different sites in which ESurranty said I would get 10 dollars each for on my next invoice. This never happened

A review of your account shows that you used your account credits the previous year to renew your policy and we sent you a renewal offer on 10/06/2018 for this policy. Since you did not renew within 30 days the account expired. We then sent you another renewal offer this month with a $10.00 credit which you used and we appreciate your business. I sincerely hope that you will change your review as you have been a long time customer that has had their device replaced by us with a new one in the past and we look forward to making you happy again.

I got a notate to Verizon I drop my…

I got a note 8 through Verizon I drop my phone quite a bit I ran through my insurance on my Verizon didn't realize I only get 3 claims a year. Got new insurance for my phone and I've had no issues on getting it fixed plus it's cheaper

I submitted a cracked screen claim on…

I submitted a cracked screen claim on 08/20/2019. They handled my claim with relative speed, and charged the deductible (139.00) and deposit on the loaner phone (99.00) to my credit card. I have neither seen the loaner phone or gotten a meaningful response since then. To say I am disappointed in their performance would be an understatement. I have received my billing from the credit card company, and have been forced to dispute the charges as undelivered service. I highly recommend not doing business with this company.

Avoid this company

I've been waiting for them to cancel the useless policies and some never-happened stuff. They were keen on getting you to pay for things but immediately disappear once they got the money.

I have two policies which I paid using a visa card. I have waited for more than 2 months for it to be actually canceled. They never replied to my support tickets, while the OWNER has the luxury of time to deal with negative review here.

CROOKED COMPANY.

CROOKED COMPANY.

I filed a claim in January of 2018, paid a $73 deductible and $99 deposit for a loaner phone. I never received the loaner phone, so thankfully never shipped the defective phone. I requested refund of $73 and $99. Refunds were not issued, so I disputed the charges with Visa. I canceled my policy.

Fast forward to January 2020. I have not had ANY business dealings with Esurranty since February of 2018 when my disputes were refunded. Now TWO YEARS LATER, not one, but two $73 charges appear on my credit card. I didn't even bother calling Esurranty. I reported the charges as fraud to VISA.

STAY AWAY FROM ESURRANTY ! ! !

*** STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY ***

STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY! I cancelled my service over a year ago and they never refunded me. Instead, when I messaged them about it they charged me $73.31 AGAIN instead of removing the charge. I disputed the charge with my credit card issuer and they managed to charge me a 2nd time within a month. Nobody ever contacted me about my concerns and I NEVER AUTHORIZED THESE CHARGES.

They don't respond to email, reply to Internal messages, or pick up their phones EVER. They don't care about your experience, they simply want your money.
