Ordered an item that did not come with…

Ordered an item that did not come with l components. The item WAS pictured (this first and thumbnail pic) with the extra pieces. Contacted customer service about this being misleading. Kimberly from customer service just sent a screenshot of the description saying what was included and offered no apologies, then stopped responding. Really furious about that response. I’ll never give them business again. I expect to be catered to by a brand that seems to try to offer an elevated level of merchandise. Disgusted at the way I was treated and I will be telling the whole city of Charleston how much Huckberry sucks.

Ordered an item that did not come.

Ordered an item that did not come.
I have tried to reach out to Huckberry through multiple avenues and have yet to receive a response. I placed the order 3 weeks ago. and it was supposed to arrive in 4-9 days is what they sold me on.
Super disappointed in the customer support. I will not order from here again, if my package does not arrive I will have to take additional steps.

Product Quality Control MIA

I had heard good things about Huckberry but had a disappointing experience. I ordered a stash book as a gift for my brother. It arrived with a numerical ID sticker adhered to the back of the book that could not be removed without ruining the cover and it also had handwriting on the book cover as well. How does a company allow product to go out the door like that?

Not sure why people are leaving bad…

Not sure why people are leaving bad reviews. Maybe if they had manners and patience they would get better service. Huckberry is awesome and i will continue to support them. Maxim took care of me promptly, he was responsive and helpful appreciate your help. Huckberry is a great place to shop with trending cloths and great customer service!

Did not receive gift card order

I placed an order for a gift card, which is clearly advertised on Huckberry’s website to be delivered within 24 hours. Despite taking my money and sending a confirmation email, they have failed to deliver the gift card. Additionally, I am now unable to sign in to my account—it says my account is not activated, and I can no longer access my order details.

They have taken my money without fulfilling their promise, which constitutes false advertising and violates the following consumer protection laws:

15 U.S. Code § 45: Prohibits unfair or deceptive acts or practices, including false advertising that misleads consumers.

Wis. Stat. § 100.18: Prohibits false, deceptive, or misleading advertising in Wisconsin. Your claim that the gift card would be delivered within 24 hours is false.

Wis. Stat. § 100.20: Prohibits unfair trade practices, including failing to deliver goods or services within the promised timeframe after accepting payment.

Huckberry’s failure to deliver the gift card within the advertised timeframe and restricting access to my account and order details is a blatant violation of these laws. This gift card was intended to be a Christmas gift for my husband, and their actions are unacceptable.

I demand an immediate resolution, including a FULL refund of my money. If they do not comply, I will pursue legal action to recover my funds and file complaints with the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).

Exceptional Customer Service

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. Still have not received my refund after they received the item. Says completed on 6/3/24, but based on my credit card nothing was posted. I have spoken to two reps, cole and clay, who said they would check on this but nothing. I totally agree with all these bad reviews. They have the worst customer service! Again, I still have not gotten my money back!!!! They definitely will leave you hanging or simply say they will look into this then never call or email you back. Very disappointing from a retailer that sells high end items! The customer service does not match the products they sell.

Everyone at Huckberry is terrific. Samantha took care of me better than any customer rep. Ever! She was more than efficient. She was patient, thorough, and incredibly kind. I care about that stuff big time and anyone who treasures the awesome magic in dealing with real people will understand why Samantha is the consummate pro.

Promises, promises

An extremely poor shipping procedure. I know the. vendor did the shipping but ultimately Huckberry is responsible..

It was promised for Dec. 21-25. Note the first date of that range. UPS is estimating Dec 26!
Update: An efficient customer service rep, Heather, apologized for the delay and offered a gift card in recompense. Faith restored.

Terrible company

You better hope and pray you get your stuff because they will treat you like scum and offer no resolution, they will only make harsh accusations. Someone stole my stuff and signed for it and this company banned me without any solution, they’ll even block your number like cowards. I tried to dispute with my card and they just regurgitated what they told me and I was recharged. Don’t waste your time or money ordering from this awful company! Shop at better stores like Dick’s Sporting Goods or Cabela’s for your camping needs.

The absolute worst on line retail…

The absolute worst on line retail experience. Ordered a bunch of stuff, counting on free returns for things that didn't work. Lots of good stories on the website. Items I received were vastly over hyped and poor quality, with a few exceptions. Returned the things I didn't like. Huckberry has received my return for 10 days and has yet to process a refund. 3 inquiries to customer service with no response. Avoid at all costs. Zero interest in customers, and a huge amount of J Peterman BS about their merchandise.

Huckberry has the best customer…

Huckberry has the best customer service! The few times I’ve had a product issue, all years after purchasing, they’ve immediately replaced the item or gave me the option for store credit.
Their customer service reps are also always a delight.
Shoutout to Samantha for my most recent experience. She was friendly, professional, and fast! Via email.
I’ve also texted customer service in the past which was great.

Quality product and great customer service

I had purchased my first pair of Astorflex boot at Huckberry. Quality and workmanship was outstanding! 2 weeks go by, and I needed to buy another pair of boots for dad. Back to Huckberry of course. I then had a little hiccup on my 2nd order. Emailed, and a Huckberry representative by the name of Hazel, offered outstanding customer service. They value their customers and that made Huckberry the only store I go to for all my premium boots.

Really great customer service

After realizing I had a last minute business trip and wasn't going to receive my order in time. I reached out to customer service who promptly expedited the shipping for me. So rare these days to get someone even to respond to a request let alone one that requires changing the order. Really great customer service.

Huckberry... Gets It....

Huckberry, I been a Client maybe 5 years running. They have always been beyond reproach.... Excellent Service Advisors and Merchandise Selection. Because of this, almost all of my wardrobe has been through them. From Flint and Tinder, Proof, Wellen, Freefly....I probably have not been inside a Retail Mall for shopping for myself since their introduction, so much so that the Postal Delivery Person asked me...."What is this Huckberry"...

30+ days to get an order

It took 8 days to process and order and then a quote of a shipping window of 3 weeks- then 3- 5 working days for the package to arrive. Completely unacceptable. If an order is placed in November and does not arrive until after Christmas, that is not right. Huckberry continues to send Christmas sales emails, knowing full well that their products won't arrive in time. Sketchy Marketing! Stay away from Huckberry if you want your order to arrive.

I wish I didn't have to give even 1…

I wish I didn't have to give even 1 star.

Brutal service. I order a pair of shoes for my wedding and they "got lost in the mail" as many others have said in their reviews. Instead of trying to find a solution, such as express posting another pair to make sure they're received, they refunded me without even asking if that's what I'd like to do.

I highly recommend you save yourself the headache and find other shoes elsewhere.

Was really excited to find huckberry...

Was really excited to find huckberry. Seemed right up my alley, spent 800$ including a couple things I wasn't sure about, based on the advertised free returns.

Upon arrival, decided I didn't like one of the items and discovered that they don't actually offer free returns from Canada like every other retailer I buy from.

This was not made clear anywhere and was very deceptive.
