Arrangement online worked real well

Arrangement online worked real well, except for flight from Manilla to Boracay Is. didn't have enough time going through immigration check, just made flight to Boracay Is. , later was fixed by airline coming back to Manilla. Had ample time to transfer between flights.

Some bugs that require follow-up

I liked the efficiency in finding/linking flights together to get my trip arranged.

I did not like using the app. After identifying myself with name, age, address AND passport number, the app said that I had no trips planned from several weeks before my trip. I got emails confirming my trip, but the app wasn't helpful, even with the booking number.

And when I tried to check in with the airlines, the booking number that they needed was not in the info you emailed me. They didn't want your 9-digit code and I had nothing else to offer them.

A couple of important details to address, I believe.

Kiwi incompetence

I had a very bad experience with Kiwi. Everything was confusion once I made my booking. The hacks they offered when intineraries changed were absurd (like a second leg of a trip with no carryon luggage—coming back from month away! And no flag of it in advance) I eventually decided to cancel everything (I had a cancelable standard ticket) and the online cancellation page didn’t work.) So I have been at the mercy of their ridiculous text messaging people who say they cancelled but my trip is still confirmed on the app. Complete torture.

Generally a good experience

Generally a good experience but had trouble with checking into flights as codes were incorrect or not displayed.
Prices were great.......but continual emails were scary. I travelled J class KL to SYD via MNL.

I would use them again.

Reservation Went smoothly

Reservation Went smoothly. Quick response and good resolution to one issue I had. The baggage I had paid for was not registered with the airlines Thankfully I noticed before showing up at the airport.

Total scam

Total scam. Booked flights with them only for them to change the airport destination after booking, to an airport 3 hours away from our connecting flight. Offered us no good alternative and wanted to charge us a couple of thousand extra. No refund as ‘apparently’ we’re not entitled to one as we chose to cancel our flights, even though we could not possibly get our connecting flight anymore with the change of airport . Customer service was shocking and didn’t want to help, total discrace

Don't use kiwis

Don't use kiwis. Even if I cancel my reservation, it won't be canceled, and even if I ask, I keep repeating the same thing and didn't take care of things. Also, I'm not getting a refund, and they keep not contacting me even though they say they'll contact me. Rather than using these trashy kiwis, I'd like to recommend using a different app. I'm so angry! I want a refund. I want a refund right now. My reservation number is 613531765

I am very satisfied with the choice of company to buy tickets

I am very happy that I chose to buy flights from Vienna to Nairobi, through Kiwi. com. First of all, it was an affordable price, secondly, what is most important to me, it was the entire arrangement regarding my trip. Sending the tickets and subsequent check-in of the flights before each trip, since it was a flight with a transfer in Istanbul. I can only recommend this company, because it was the second time that I have arranged flights through this company.

Helpfull helplink

I´ve been promptly informed about an issue with the online check-in for my flight and the guy on the helplink was really kind, competent and helpfull. He really tried to find a solution, so I´m hopefull that the issue will be solved without any more intervention from my side.

You are the best!you find for me the best ticket in hidden city!I'm really sad that I didn't used kiwi in the past and I used to booked tickets with others that I had 7 hours standby in the plane in Guangzhou airport and never refund my money..

Excellent reimbursement experience

I booked a flight with Kiwi and added baggage, and later on received a email that they weren't able to add it.

I had to pay a heavy fees in airport which is like 60% of the ticket cost. Regardless, Kiwi held up their deal and reimbursed all of my extra costs.

good, until cancellations

Overall everything was fine on the first leg of the trip, bit once a flight was canceled I had to bypass kiwi to deal directly with the airlines. While this was explained when purchasing the ticket without coverage, it was definitely annoying to deal with, compared to booking directly with an airline.

Have not actually gone on any flights yet, but have 3 booked for my travel within the Philippines and the ease of the app is great. Had to call customer service once and they were amazingly helpful.

Last minute flight was a success

I wanted to fly to the UK before I started a new job, so I went on and found flights that were within my budget. I really appreciated the fact that Kiwi broke down what it meant to have non connecting flights, and also sent reminders to check in so that I wouldn't have problems at the airport. I'd be happy to use Kiwi again.

DO NOT USE!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

DO NOT USE!!!!
Terrible company, my flight was cancelled on the 19th of November (by the airline so not their fault) but it’s not the end of February and I have not recieved a penny of my money back!! They said they are unable to refund me but also rejected my charge back via my credit card company!! I had to book a new flight and am now down £500 and the customer service is horrific, when they do reply, they are rude and unhelpful! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! SPEND THE EXTRA £10 FOR A LEGIT TRAVEL COMPANY AND SAVE YOURSELF HUNDREDS

Very unprofessional service

Very unprofessional service - not supporting the costumer as expected / even though the mistake was from the travel agency and kiwi.com.

I had to call more than 10times + to change my first name ticket even with fees - but never reached to solution, as I mentioned name information it wasn’t from my side as kiwi.com had my passport copy - also they promised that higher supervisor will contact me in 4 hours but nothing / I had to run after them.

Unfortunately this will be the last time I deal with kiwi

Smooth and easy trip with helpful costumer service.

I booked an overseas trip from Copenhagen to Perth that had a self transfer layover with 6 hours in Malaysia.

Everything went super smooth. It was my first time doing a self transfer and I was by my self, so fair to say I was nervous about something going wrong. But honestly, everything was super smooth and easy.

Costumer service was reachable and I called them several times with both bigger and smaller questions and they were super helpful with it all - questions for example as changing something with my name in the booking and giving a hand with the prep for self transfer.

Definitely not the last time booking with Kiwi.com. Very pleasant experience.

Cheap deal sometimes.. Give it a try

I booked via kiwi for domestic trip in Canada. I got better deal here compared to getting tickets from individual flight carrier. Only thing I was afraid of tickets not getting confirmed. I got one non-confirmation but on same day I booked again with same price and it got confirmed. Overall, I may like to buy again if I get good deal.
