The ordering process on the website was very easy and straightforward, however I still did not receive my order, and I have no way of finding out what local shipping firm is actually delivering my package. Also, after a while, I noticed that you didn't follow up on the package with the emails, even though it is not yet delivered.

I really love the quality of the bags I bought. I have several small leather products like pencil cases, wallets and a handbag. And everyone is a little piece of art. The metallic finish on some of the products, stays well over time. I have bought some of the things in store, but also, more recently, online. Great service, fast delivery. I will definitely order more in the future!

I was charged 15 euros for shipment without any warning.
It said total amount was 15e (which was 10e for the item and 5 for shipping), while in the invoice I’ve seen It was actually 25. This is unfair and very disrespectfull. Furthermore, I haven’t got any information or details about the shipment. I hope you’re not scamming

What's wrong? You f uckers sending me emails with PAUL MARIUS written in my notifications on my phone every single day since I purchased even though I unsubscribed to your mails. I'm afraid it will spoil my wife's surprise if she sees it. What's wrong with companies sending you mails every single day when you buy one item on their website nowadays? Leave the customer alone FFS!!

The bag and the purse are of incredibly great quality, I unfortunately broke a piece and it was replaced free of charge. I ordered via the internet and the bag is more beautiful than on the web.

I ordered a beautiful small backpack and was delighted when it arrived. The third time I used it the strap broke as a result of the rivet snapping. I emailed the company for advice regarding sending the item back without paying postage (as I live in the UK and the fault was theirs so I shouldn’t be out of pocket). They replied a few days later asking for my address so that they could send a replacement rivet, and suggested that I go to my local shoemaker to get them to reattach it. What a disappointing and unreasonable suggestion considering that the fault lies with them. I’m therefore going to pay to send back the backpack and ask for a full refund, let’s hope they respond appropriately.

The purses came beautifully wrapped. The overseas trip didn’t harm the bags in any way as the care taken to ship carefully was a evident I love the bags I had ordered and will certainly order again.

Potential delivery @15/1 after +14d but claimed nobody @home although BPost delivered a package at the same time & date.
Dropped at a collection point on 16/1 but without a reference our an address.
Today 23/1 or 1 week later still missing any reference to my order with no response on my daily calls & 4 tickets raised via the website.
Conclusion: their French service provider LaPoste - Collisimo no doubt lost the package & customer service / helpdesk does not exist @Paul Marius.
Customer Service Response = 11/4 or 79 days after posting this review. Non-delivered product / service was reimbursed, which is no more than the minimum to be expected.
Defining this a "problem solved" sets & confirms the customer service priorities. Maybe some advise: customer experience is not defined by the problems that occur, but by the way the company is actively resolving the customer's concern !

Great quality of the products. This is not the first time I buy bags at Paul Marius and each time I have been fully satisfied. Besides, I always received the orders items within a very short time.
The other thing is that now, you spot the Paul Marius goods when you see them. They have their own style.
