If I could give zero stars I would. Been calling since 1am. Answering service kept telling me they sent out my order to dispatch and they should call me within an hour. After me calling back 4 times in 6 hours, I was yelled at by Amy who then hung up on me. I wouldn't have called every other hour if I wasn't told each time that someone should have already called me back.
I was told the request is sent straight to a tech. Then someone finally answers at the office at 8am and she proceeds to tell me the answering service doesn't send request to the tech, that they do it when they get in the office. So what's the point of being open 24/7?! We had a hero club package through y'all and when I was asking questions I was talked down to and y'all were very rude. This company doesn't like to answer questions, they talk over you and rush you. I called Berkeys, they answered on the first call and already have sent me confirmation text and emails and are getting me fixed up TODAY! I bought a plan through them and I'm done with Reliant, bc y'all aren't reliable at all. Customer service is terrible
And it's Tonya George ,if y'all want to verify my account. Customer Service is always the most important part of a business and there is NO customer service here! I'm done with this company!
