The three day juice detox was absolutely worth doing - the drinks were all delicious and I ended the three days feeling so much more energised and cleansed. And 4lbs lighter. Will definitely be doing this again.

I've emailed and sent an Instagram message but have had no reply.
My delivery is normally perfect, but this time I received large bottles from a random brand, and some filmsy printed instructions on a piece of cheap white paper. There was no logo or branding, looked like a kid printed it on their home computer.
Been trying to get a replacement of the correct Soulmate juices or a refund, but so far no reply.
I imagine Soulmate use a fulfilment centre and the wrong brand was sent.

I have done the three day cleanse regularly for the past year. The juices are taste good and it’s easy just to get them out of the freezer the day before.
I generally lose a few pounds , my stomach goes flat but most importantly I have so much more energy even after three days.

Delicious juices, very refreshing and satiating. Drinking the juices suppressed my appetite and helped me to lose several lbs (I didn’t use weighing scales but I could tell from clothes) I was able to drop a dress size in one week. I felt much more energised, healthier and less bloated and lethargic. I would highly recommend if you’re looking to kickstart a healthy lifestyle or just feeling a bit rubbish. Impressed with the service too, juices arrived frozen and fresh.

First time order:
Received incorrect order, 5 juices instead of 6. Then a random 4 green juices that were not part of the plan. The box was not insulated properly (only one ice pack) therefore nearly all juices had defrosted.
Rated a 3 for the taste of the juice and prompt delivery.
I have completed their online form /customer services, hopefully, I will receive a response, however, not holding my breath, looking at the other reviews.
As they do not have a customer support line will not be ordering from this company again!!

I ordered the 5 days til dinner detox and while the delivery arrived in the allotted timescale, the contents were incorrect, there were 5 bottles missing (4 green juices & 1 blue juice), additionally there were 2 black juices which should not have been part of the order. Therefore in total I received 17 bottles instead of 20. Like a previous review I have been trying to contact Soulmate Juice without success. My email has bounced back as undeliverable and no luck either from filling in their online contact form. This is really poor customer service.

5 day juice cleanse was perfect! Lost 7lbs but also had so much less “food noise”
I buy from this company probably once/twice a year when I need a reset and only ever needed their customer service team once and they were superb!!

Did the 5 day til Dinner Detox and found the 4 juices tasty and filling enough through the day that one of the days I only managed to have 3 of them.
Really loved the flavours, especially as I struggle to find a juice detox that doesn't include beetroot (which I hate!)
Enjoyed it so much have convinced my husband to try it next time too, we now plan to do it regularly either as a 3 day or 5 day detox.

Arrived as promised, stored in very eco-friendly and recycled packaging.
The tastes were fantastic in their ranges, the orange and carrot and the black charcoal juice were my favourites. After the three days of cleansing my skin was glowing and mentally I felt clear.
Just ordered my second lot, great for investing in your health and doing an affordable 3 day cleanse once a month.

As a beginner (and a food lover) it was a little difficult but worth pushing through. I recommend not doing longer than 3 days on your first cleanse. As a coffee drinker the prep was mire important. Juices were Refreshing and a great kick start for improving lifestyle. Booklet was useful and informative without babbling on. I plan to detox several times each year.

Best cleanse I've ever done!
First of all, love the eco-conscious choices Soulmate Food makes in terms of packaging.
Delivery is very reliable, products are reasonably priced.
Unlike other cleanses - where there's always some dreaded juice - all these taste very pleasant with a few more adventurous flavour and gorgeous colours that adds to the experience!
I wanted to shed the little "Christmas weight" that decided to linger and have a reset after a few too many cocktails lately. :) Feeling fab after a 3 day cleanse, 3 kilos off, exactly what my goal was. Also didn't have any particularly hard days or light-headedness. Skin stayed nice and plump, no sagging. Thumbs up from me!

Always been sceptical of juice cleanses mostly because the juices usually taste pretty indigestible, however these juices taste amazing! Love the variety in flavours/ingredients. With 5 juices per day, I don't feel I have to wait that long between them which makes it much easier to stick to. Have bought a few times now and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to try it!

I am a regular juicer and have ordered from many different sites to try various juices. This is my first order with soulmate and the juices are the NICEST I had yet. I love also that you can select your delivery date in advance and that there are 6 smaller juices a day rather than the 4 x 500ml you get with other detox juices. Feels like you’re having something regularly which makes it so much easier through the days! Recommend and you will feel fantastic!!

I have ordered two five day cleanses from soulmate and have recommended to several others. I really like the variety of flavours, the fact that they aren’t overly strong or grassy which I have found with other cleanses. I feel full, and towards the fifth day I couldn’t even finish all six. Packaging is great and delivery was prompt. Starting another one tomorrow! Highly recommend for flavour, delivery and price which is consistently lower than others. Order #6008

Always keeping me in the loop, my order was correct and had no need to contact customer service, they're so informative, it's great.
DPD driver dropped the frozen contents outside the building when the door was left open but that's to be expected of them. There was a delivery window and an option to track so would advise others to rely on that rather than a door knock. Would recommend Soulmatefood 100%.

This is my second time getting the standard juice cleanse, and highly recommend it to anyone interested in taking a cleanse.
From ease in ordering, timely delivery, clear instruction and juice details, and good taste of the juices (although not the biggest fan of the pink one, the ginger is a bit too strong for me), I always make sure if I want to do a cleanse, I will go to Soulmate for it.

This is my first time leaving a review on Trust pilot but had to leave one for this company.
I purchased the 5 day Til Dinner Detox and loved every bit of it! The juices arrived on time and half frozen but most importantly, these nutritional juices were tasty and definitely helped me stick to the detox as planned.
Whilst I specifically chose to do this detox for a cleanse, I lost 5lbs and feel more energetic.
I would definitely recommend!

What an excellent juice cleanse. I have done these in the past but never been able to stick to them and I think its because there have been three larger juices to replace meals, whereas the six daily smaller ones were much easier to manage. Tastes great, and I felt so much healthier after finishing. The delivery was so prompt too. I will definitely be using again.

I bought the 3 day Till dinner juice package as I was feeling sluggish and burnt out.
They arrived quite late, completely defrosted and not cold however despite the disappointment with the courier I really enjoyed the product.
The juices were super tasty and each one had a great colour and flavour. The branding is so lovely too.
I enjoyed the 3 days and would use again.
