Great selection of pasta recipes

Great selection of radiators. I'm really happy with the purchase and service I've received.

Although Im not quite sure about the Thank You gift that arrived a few days later

Pasta !?!
Recipes !?!
A bleeding radiator key for electric radiators !?!

Maybe drop your prices instead of sending gimmicks

The thank you gift is something we feel recognises that you have a choice where to purchase and is a small appreciation for your custom. As an Italian company pasta is close to our heart and we hope that it might provide a little pleasure. The bleed key is added as we sell over 95% hydronic radiators, and keeping these free of air is important, hopefully you can pass it on to someone who will be able to make use of it, as it will be little use on your electric radiators (we will look into seeing if we can find an alternative for future electric sales).

Everything went really well - thanks!

Everything went really well. Our heating guy fitted them last week. These were to replace some (unbranded) radiators that were fitted about 12 years ago and which has started to lose their powder coat finish due to some weepage around the end caps.

Two of the new radiators came with end feet already fitted - we did not expect that - but are a very close height fit compared to the loose cast-iron feet on all our other radiators.

Good to deal with

Good to deal with. Always replied straightaway to any queries. Carefully packed and transported. Only minor issue was communication/instructions between company and delivery driver was poor requiring a second delivery attempt. A quality product and would use again.

Excellent customer services

Excellent performance from customer services on delivery (Isle of Man), returns (changed my mind about dual fuel) and technical info (size of element required).
Towel rail is just what I wanted.
The gift is a nice touch too!

I have used the Radiator Company for many years

I have used the Radiator Company for many years. Always good service, knowledgeable & helpful staff. Products are of the highest quality. On the one occasion I used an alternative Supplier, I found issues with the quality of their valves & pipework; which took several tries to correct a persistent small leak. Only disappointment is that the Radiator Company stopped production of the Omega Range, which is my all time favourite. It pays to invest in the best specification you can afford, as you will reap the benefit for many years.

All went great

Good customer service, easy to navigate website, ordered with no problems, received it quickly, and got a very thoughtful thank you gift of "radiator pasta"! So far it's great. Will update if there's any problems after installation but I'm sure it'll be just fine.

Excellent company

Excellent company and top quality products. I purchased radiator valves from them before and had a problem with one of the valves after they had been in use for a considerable time, the company arranged for a replacement part to be ordered from Italy, this was sent to me free of charge. Absolutely brilliant service. The staff were a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent service

The Radiator Company went to a lot of trouble to source two radiators we needed as a direct replacement for two defective ones. Caroline traced the manufacturer, and ordered them on our behalf. We were kept informed every step of the way, and she never minded our questions!
I would highly recommend this company, and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Great sales service

Great sales service - the speed of delivery was ‘by return’ and ‘second to none’. We were also surprised receive a gift of a radiator key and a pack of “Radiatori” pasta a couple of days later.

The goods that we had ordered was a dedicated towel rail, that bolts on to our Vox aluminium radiator, to replace one where a small component of the support bracket had failed. Unfortunately, on enquiry I was informed that no spare parts are available, so we had to spend £108 on a new towel rail and when received I used the small backing plate to effect a repair on the original towel rail. - an expensive repair - but at least I have spares for the future!

Brilliant Service and Good Quality Radiators

Brilliant service as usual. Slight delay on order as not in stock which we hadn't realised but good customer service when I rang. Such good quality radiators as well. Will definitely order again.

Radiator damaged before delivery and not enough brackets

We ordered a bespoke Ancona Curved radiator arrived damaged with scratches on the edges. The bubble warp packaging was undamaged, so this must have happened before it was shipped to our local plumbers merchant. One mark was under the coating so that was damaged during manufacture.

The Radiator Company refused to take it back unless the plumbers merchant paid a £400 restocking charge.

Also, the radiator came with just two flimsy brackets, not enough to support the radiator even when there's no water in it. It needs a few more to support it properly because of the curve.

Very disappointed.

We would like to have the opportunity to investigate and provide a full response to you, however we are unable to identify your order, without a little more information. We do not hold, or often get supplied with, the final customers details when we receive orders from a Merchant.
From your comments it appears that you placed your order via one of our Merchant customers, as we have over four thousand accounts across the country it is impossible to identify your order without more details. If you could contact us either by phone 01342 302250, email; sales@theradiatorcompany.co.uk or via Trustpilot giving the Merchant name and branch address, date of order and the details of the product you ordered, size colour etc, we should be able to trace it and then establish what has occurred.
With regards to your concerns regarding the reliability of the brackets, please be assured that they are fully tested to take 50kg each. We use these brackets on all wall mounted Ancona’s we supply in the UK and across Europe. If anyone feels the need to have additional brackets, we are more than happy to assist.
We look forward to receiving your information and providing a more detailed response.

Gorgeous custom made radiator

Gorgeous custom made radiator delivered in a shorter time frame than expected. I love that we were able to get the colour and size that suited us. Dropped a star because the instructions were, in places, not relevant to the radiator purchased and they caused me hours of confusion prior to fitting. Dropped
further star because the pictures on the website don't show you how obtrusive the wall fixings are when the radiator is hung- in fact the pictures dont show the wall fixings at all. The visible plastic caps covering the screws look tacky, which is disappointing when the radiator cost thousands.

Dear Alice, many thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback, we are sorry that you have had a less than perfect experience with your order but are pleased that the radiator looks so good. As we manufacture thousands of Ancona radiators each year across Europe, and our instructions have to cover the 5 options that are possible to fit the Ancona range, it is logistically difficult to provide fittings for each fitting permutation, however if you can let us have any specific points, we would be happy to review them so we can amend the instructions to address possible issues for future customers.
Likewise, we will look to add images of the brackets and their positions onto the website. In most cases the brackets are fairly well hidden, however as they are our slimmest option on two column radiators the brackets may be more noticeable. If you can send us a few pictures of your radiator and the bracket positions that would help us brief our photographer on the angles, we need to show the fittings in a clearer way.
Unfortunately, the plastic caps on the brackets cannot be painted to match your brackets/radiator as they cannot go through the ovens used to cure the powder coat finish, if you wish we can see if there is a suitable touch up paint we can send to you to help cover either the cap or the screw head.
Once again, we are sorry that you had difficulty with the fittings and are not entirely happy, we hope that we can address your comments satisfactorily, please contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to assist if you wish.

Excellent service

Bought a small column radiator. Had an issue with it leaking, but they were so helpful and sent a replacement which did the job perfectly. Very professional, helpful and responsive. Would happily buy again.

Very pleasant honest company to deal…

Very pleasant honest company to deal with, curved radiator delivered exactly when they said it would be.
I installed it the same day with no problems and fitted it perfectly.I would definately recommend this company and use them again.

Great service, great product, good price.

I needed a specific sized column radiator. The Radiator Company were able to dispatch a custom size in 48hrs. Service and enquiries over the phone, so I got the measurements exact, were excellent. Great service, great product, good price.
