Fraud -- Never delivered items ordered

Never delivered items ordered. Kept saying they were awaiting word from warehouse about shipping. Has been going on for six weeks. Will file more serious fraud claims if they do not refund purchase.

100% fraud

100% fraud. They never fulfilled their portion of a Walmart order and went as far as to include pictures from another part of the larger order to claim that they did. I never received the items I was supposed to from them, and their customer service team will not honor their commitment. Stop payment/fraud will be issued from Walmart.

Great Support

I had ordered a coat hook storage cubby thing for our entryway and of course the wife states that she wanted the "Modesto Reclaimed Wood" option and not the "Pomona Metal & Wood" option....they look identical in the photos and you'd think she'd want the more expensive one but alas, how dare I assume. ANYWAYS, long story short, I contacted UnbeatableSale.com to return the item so I could purchase the supposedly "correct" item and they were great to work with! Informed me of correct steps to take and everything went smoothly. Our entryway now looks the exact same as it did with the other one. :D

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Ordered a dog kennel from them off Walmart.com thinking it was from Walmart so it will be legitimate. Got an email 3 days later saying they canceled the order because they didn't list if for the right price. Now there's a 10 day hold on my card for their mistake.

Love the Chinoiserie Peacock Hook Pillows!

Love the Chinoiserie Peacock Hook Pillows by Peking Handicraft! They are absolutely beautiful and look so nice on my sofas! They match perfectly with my blue and white porcelain vases. Very happy with them! Thank you!
I have to admit that I was very hesitant to purchase from unbeatablesale.com after reading so many bad reviews but saw one of these pillows at the Art Museum in Portland and knew I had to have them. I needed four and the art museum only had one. I found them for half the price at unbeatablesale.com and took the chance. They actually came directly from Peking Handicraft in San Francisco, were well packaged and to my surprise, shipped 2 day Fed Ex! So my experience was perfect! Thank you!

Absolutely horrible company please please DO NOT buy from this company you will not get your order they will lie to you and run you around and even say it is your fault they also sell on Walmart .com be careful check to see that what you ordered is not from them

Ordered a computer cord that I thought…

Ordered a computer cord that I thought would work on my computer although it didn’t! However sent it back in original package through Walmart only to recieve an email stating that no refund was avaliable cause the package was damaged! Now really people how u gonna damage a thick cord! Never will I ever do Bussiness with them again and I will be contacting Walmart over this issue becouse they helped me send it back! Bad place to shop! Think again befor doing Bussiness with a shady company!

Ordered a shirt through Walmart which…

Ordered a shirt through Walmart which they used unbeatablesale.com They did not get my order right horrible customer service and kept telling me the same things over email over and over again Will check with our warehouse and get that taken care of right away After sending the company unbeatablesale.com multiple pictures of what they sent me they still have not given me my correct item Or do they plan to Walmart should drop them like a bad habit. Waste of my time and resources this company should be shut down nothing but scammers here Do yourself a favor don’t order from this company

Good Experience

I really, really couldn’t live without my Heinz Salad Vinegar but it was discontinued! Unbeatable Sales to the rescue! I ordered 4 cases on Thursday and had them delivered by Tuesday! They were packaged well and nothing broke in transit. Very good experience with this company!

While it does state that they have a 30…

While it does state that they have a 30 day return policy, I purchased an advertised 65 mile outdoor antenna to replace a 15 year old antenna that worked great was just falling apart. Out of the box, I had less channels, played around with the antenna, purchased better grade coax, moved the tv closer to antenna, purchased an amplified. Everything I could on my end because it did state 65 mile range. contacted manufacture that stated the listing was incorrect. this is a 37 mile antenna. So past the 30 day mark, and with their incorrect advertising They still will not exchange. will contact walmart also to remove them.

Placed an order for a box of 50 items

Placed an order for a box of 50 items, according to the product description at Sears online marketplace, which is offered and fulfilled by this business and received only 1 item. I contacted them to either ship the missing 49 items or a pre-paid shipping label to return the 1 item. They refused both. Stay away from them!

sent wrong item. i sent photos twice. they still said i was wrong even though i sent pictures of their copy of order and packing slip. then after weeks agreed to partial refund if i paid return postage and insurance. NOTE: purchased it through michaels store and they refused to help. i would never have bought from them if i knew they were going to reorder from a phony outfit

Horrendous Company

Ordered a window blind through Walmart. Found same blind at Home Depot for half the price so waited 4 extra days to receive and the product was not worth the price. Asked to return and was told in original bxx with original paperwork and do not write on the paperwork or we wont accept it back, put a copy of this and a copy of that and insure the package and send a copy of the tracking number and 6 other steps to return a 40$ blind that was probably worth 10$. Cannot even fathom the thought that a company like Walmart would associate themselves with such a horrendous company as this one. Actually would have cost more to pay for return shipping and insurance than was originally paid. Awful Awful Company !!! Shame on Walmart !

Outdoor fountain arrived badly damaged, terrible customer service

I Do Not Recommend! Outdoor fountain arrived badly damaged. I notified UnbeatableSale promptly. They requested photos, which I sent immediately. A week later, I was told they were filing a claim with FedEx, but they provided no information about returns, refunds, nada. When I called, I received a message that nobody was available to take my call and was directed to their website... total runaround. Since it's now been about 2 weeks, I called the Wal-Mart number on my credit card statement (original order was placed through Wal-Mart website) and the service person promised (1) full refund (2) prepaid return shipping (3) scheduled pickup by email within 24-48 hours. Fingers crossed they follow through. Since the item is ~80 pounds and the packaging is wrecked, repacking will be a major hassle.

Happy with my order

Happy with my order. Only dropped to 4 stars because I placed this order on 7/15 and received it on 7/30. Wouldn't have minded if it was made clearer that it would take two weeks. Also I received a tracking code from FED EX which continually got an error response which made me think it might not come at all. Happy with my product and will use unbeatable again.

No business being a business!!!

This company has zero regard for excellence or customer service. They sent me the wrong game and even though it was their fault, expected me to pay to send it back. Are you kidding me? I emailed and spoke to four different people. None were interested in my problem. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! They have no business being a business.

Straight up scam.

Straight up scam.
They will ship the wrong item usually much cheaper than the one you ordered and try to refuse refunding you. Please look into sellers on Amazon before you order from them these scams are getting more common.

Sold Used Product

Sold me a used tree stand & now refuse to refund my money!! The packaging was torn & ripped ! The price tag had been ripped off!! The Customer Service Representatives are VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! They hang up when you ask for a supervisor! Most of them DO NOT speak or understand English!! I will make sure I NEVER buy from this company ever again and no one else should buy from them either! They are scammers & fraud!!

I recently purchased a leather…

I recently purchased a leather sectional from Walmart.com and it came from unbeatable sale. This sectional was made of a bad wood quality. It broke after a Month of use. Unbeatable sale and warranty didn’t want to help me replace the damaged part. Really bad quality of the furniture they sell.
