Absolutely Scamming Company

I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution when considering doing business with this company. My experience has been highly disappointing, as they have engaged in what I can only describe as misleading and deceptive practices. I was promised a refund if I didn't earn the specified amount in the first month, but I have received no communication or response regarding this matter. This lack of accountability is concerning, and it appears to be part of a broader pattern of dishonest behavior. I am now forced to take legal action to retrieve my money. I hope others will be more cautious and avoid falling victim to this company's questionable methods.

Never use copecart

Never use copecart, they do not hold up to their terms and conditions. They will not even talk with you after 120 days. Never trust what they say or don't say. I would never recommend and would advise to stay away from anyone using there company. You might not even know you are until you make the purchase like me.

Back in September of 2024

Back in September of 2024 - after paypal had declined my request to cancel a purchase I made from a company that basically lies to get you to pay them for training and then a guaranteed job placement- supposedly with one of their coaching companies they work with, I had several email correspondences with a representative of CopeCart, in an effort to get the charge cancelled.

I was very dissatisfied because it appeared as though he did not review my documentation proving my observations and my complaints against a company that I purchased from and/or simply did not care about the grievances.

Then he stated they could not help me cancel the charges as it was too late according to copecart's policies after telling me that their company was not related to the company I was in grievance with. After further communications when I asked how many days exactly was the refund policy for this purchase, he still evaded the precise amount of time that was provided, and then stated that the other company has either a no refund policy or a month long return policy. I was so frustrated with this process, that I gave up. I had never heard of copecart prior to this experience... but the entire experience left me with a very bad experience based upon the original company I purchased from, and their choice of payment processing - CopeCart

Finally

I provide one for you IT Support hourly and nothing is worse than when despite the contract saying they are paying for IT hours and a staff Allocation that cannot be refunded. They do a chargeback. Finally, some help

Copecart is one of these companies that…

Copecart is one of these companies that should pay you to do business with you rather than the other way around.

I’ve been using cope cart as a vendor for 2.5 years.

-Their fees are higher than almost anyone’s

-Their support answers once a month and is based in an underground basement

That was bearable until they lost my money. One of my payouts is missing. My bank didn’t get it. Copecart says they sent it. Where is it? 😂

Im tired of trying to explain this to Fatima (Their customer support representative from Bangladesh).

Disappointed

Scammers heaven.

Absolutely mental site this one. Bought a digital product which I have never received, was clearly scammed with no communication from the seller at all. Contacted copecart the same day and was basically told that because I clicked that I agree to give up my withdrawal from the contract I have no right to refund, keep in mind that was necessary to agree to before making purchase. So they're basically implying that I agreed to get scammed?? MENTAL. Will be taking this up with my bank next day if this is not sorted by then and have absolutely no problem taking it with to appropiate institutions in EU as it violates EU rights.

My thanks to Luis at CopeCart for his excellent service in Getting my refund for a product purchased I never received! And thanks to CopeCart for their excellent choice in employees! Obviously they know a company is only as good as the people who work for them! My hat is off to them for their excellent customer service!

Very Impressed with almost instant Response!

The subject of this endorsement says it all. Having queried other vendors via email, I have never gotten such a rapid response to my concerns. They went out of their way to contact all parties concerned and had my question answered and the problem solved.
It is SO VERY REFRESHING to do business with Cope Card.

i bought a product from some crappy…

i bought a product from some crappy vendor and asked for refund since the product is a joke unlike how it was explained in their webinar.

miss sabina and mr. marco and the whole team of copecart helped me throughout the process of refunding my purchase, they are very accommodating and nice people.

unlike dan khan and philip johansen stay away from them. dont buy anything from them.

Marco from CopeCart helped me so much…

Marco from CopeCart helped me so much as the seller never provided the product and would not respond to my emails. After over a month of waiting for my products which were to be digitized, Marco helped me get a refund of over $1000 for the product I had purchased and never received. High praise goes to Marco for all his great customer service.

Fraud???😡

***UPDATE***
I contacted Copecart regarding the purchase mentioned below which we had not received. A representative from the company contacted me and they attempted to contact the seller which was not successful, so after a few emails exchanged Copecart refunded my money.


On December 2, 2022, we purchased one Trump Card and have yet to receive it. We are senior citizens on a fixed income and don’t have money to throw away!!! Kind of sounds like others who’ve left reviews, are thinking this company is a fraud. Be cautious in whom to give your business to. Prove us wrong! Please let us know when we will receive our order! Thank you

Total scammer...I'm surprised he/they…

Total scammer...I'm surprised he/they have not been shut down by the State of Florida. Roped me in on Telegram by posing as Trump or his affiliates. Invest in Trump coins, backed by Trump himself, get a great return when you cash them in with Bank of America. Guaranteed money back. Would not respond to emails, when they finally did, would not do a return. I finally filed a dispute through Paypal...the only way to get my money back. He/they need some prison time...

Merchandise not received!!!

I purchased TRB cards ($322.71) on 11/14/2022 and checks ($537.68) on 11/25/2022 from this organization and have not received them or any communication regarding why they have been delayed. I have tried to call, but no answer. I found this source in the review section, so I am hoping for an answer here.

Very responsive

Their response is very fast. I had to verify my account and I reached out to confirm if it went through, they approved my verification within 2 days and even replied to my email. Very professional.

I order 10 TRB card back in Oct 9

I order 10 TRB card back in Oct 9, 22.
I haven’t received them yet ,, I have email Patriotstrain.com and received two tracking number that go no where , I email Copecart and got an email back from Marco, but he also gave my the same tracking number. Marco did not help me , I have asked for the product or want me money back in full. Next step is filing with BBB with a complaint with both company’s .

Horrible for the buyer side

Bought a course that was terrible and very basic for a high price. Tried refunding within 5 days but copecart just said it was out of their hands and started debt collection.

Don't buy from Copecart

Your email back to me about not receiving my products didn't help me. It seems to be an automated msg... seeing all of the complaints have the same reply, You say to contact you but you didn't provide a way of doing that. Please send me Copecart's phone number in a private email so I can contact them personally, I need my money back, now. Thank you.

Marco was absolutely awesome

Marco was absolutely awesome! He took the time to really help me. He answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to check on my orders even though I'd lost my order number! Great people in customer service!
