More than I’d expected

I was new to searching for insurance online and it was a big leap for me to do it via a comparison website. There were plenty of companies to choose from but the one that most met my criteria, and actually exceeded it was Sheila‘s wheels. Not only did I get all I wanted but more, lots of things included which I hadn’t expected. Details were easy for me to complete and all the documentation came through promptly.

Would have liked written conformation in post

Very efficient service.although high price still competitive.no doubt renewal will be jacked up so l will have to shop around again.Why is this? As an older person I would have liked the document posted to me.no printer.

Easy simple task

Everything was easy to understand you don’t have to be a computer wizard to fill in and the main point was the price was good

Avoid Shelias Wheels at all costs

absolutely the worst company I have dealt with. I was involved in a car accident and my car was taken away. I was left on the road side with 2 child car seats and all my work stuff. They phoned me 30 mins later to ask where my car was!! They towed it away!! I was entitled to a courtesy car, but I was told their repair centre was busy and they wouldn't give me a hire car until it was deemed repairable. After 11 days of chasing every day and multiple promises of being called back (which never happened), I eventually got a hire car. After being told the car was repairable, imagine my surprise when i received an email 10 days later telling me it would be written off. My cover should have allowed me 21 days car hire in this event, but that obviously didn't matter as they came to collect the car after 18 days at 1030pm. I complained about their communication and was basically ignored. Use at your own risk. I had been with them for over 12 years, never again

Only just purchased car insurance but very happy with the price and easy to sort online. Time will tell as to whether the service is as good.

My 1st time with Sheila's wheels and I couldn't be happier!

My 1st time with Sheila's wheels and I found the process very easy and so flexible with adapting and making my insurance personal to me. Really happy with the price and I have used compare the meerkat so.i qualified for the meerkat rewards to get my policy.

Good price in comparison.

The price was very pleasantly competitive.
The purchase of the policy through a comparison site was very easy.
Hopefully I won't need to claim but if I do lets hope it is as easy as purchasing.

Typical horrible company

Typical horrible company. Don't want to speak to you, won't provide a phone number so you go round and round the menus. Staff in foreign call centres with poor English or strong accents who you can't understand. Incorrect quotes and information on the web chat which then get changed later. Horrible experience. Claiming to offer multi car but it's in fact separate policies so you might end up not renewing one and driving uninsured. Incredibly unhelpful - just typical of the cold un human corporate environment.

The price is good but since i have…

The price is good but since i have never made a claim 9± years I can only give a review on using this insurance .Its only when you come to claim we will see if I claim how smooth the process is hopefully not

was with Sheilas' Wheels for sevral years always found them fair with quotes then last year when time came for renewal .i could not . allways paid annualy in full by phone no problems . but last year they said the only way i could pay was on line i already told them several times i do not have access to computer i am not computer savy .i ended up going else where would not recommend them to anyone again taking away my freedom of choice on how pay disgusting

Shockingly bad home insurance cover

Shockingly bad home insurance cover. My house was flooded due to a leak from boiler in loft, my house is destroyed and i have no where to stay, my home is not liveable! I cannot get anyone from Sheila’s wheels to communicate with me! I have been cut off numerous times when waiting on hold. Disgusting service!! I thought that home insurance was there to help, this isnt proving to be the case with Sheila’s wheels.
