10/10 customer service

Melanie was amazing! I had some issues with receiving my package from the courier, and also not being able to communicate with them. Melanie was extremely communicative with me, despite it being over the Xmas and new year period. She worked so diligently to try and figure out where my package was. Unfortunately, I did not hear back from the courier and my order seems to be lost. But Melanie organised another order to be sent to me instead! She was fantastic!

Excellent, refreshing customer service

Amazing customer service from David (a few weeks ago, quickly resolving a minor order issue) and Jade, just now, who responded so quickly and ensured my return was processed right away. Products are always excellent quality too, highly recommend!

Tala customer service is pretty much a 10/10

Truly cannot commend Tala customer service more. Very rarely do I have an issue with a Tala item/return/etc, but when I do, the team are SUPER helpful and kind in doing it. They do everything they can to solve the problem and if they can't, they try to do what they can to make the experience as painless or frustrating as possible. I am sure it is not easy at all doing their jobs, so definitely want to take the time to give them a massive shout out for all the hard work they do and how they always do it was kindness and patience! Definitely deserve the kudos :)

Excellent customer service from Jodie…

Excellent customer service from Jodie and David at TALA HQ.

My girlfriend ripped her leggings that I bought her for Christmas and was devastated.

I contacted TALA and they organised to replace them quickly and efficiently which was great to hear.

Very good company and it has gained my respect.

My return was taking a while to process as it’s lost/stuck in transit. I spoke with David on the customer chat and he was so efficient and helpful and sorted it straight away. Brilliant service!!

Contacted them on a Saturday evening…

Contacted them on a Saturday evening about a parcel that had been marked as delivered but I hadn’t received. Turned out the fault was with royal mail and my parcel was with a neighbour. TALA customer service replied to me on Sunday evening and gave me all the details I needed to find my package. Would recommend!

Incredible

I contacted customer service after there was a fault in an item I'd received. I cannot fault the customer service. Jodie was prompt and helpful... And responded on New Year's Day! Quite unbelievable. 10/10. She found a solution which is possibly better than the original item I ordered. 👏🏻 Well done Tala.

I sent my parcel to the wrong address…

I sent my parcel to the wrong address (my ex's lol!!!) and customer service were really quick to cancel the order for me and were lovely to deal with!
Highly recommend!

Excellent client service! Responded immediately to every single one of my emails tracking my order, provided updates, always friendly and polite!

Rubbish customer service

Rubbish customer service, received items 10 days later (paid for 2-7 day delivery). Customer care refused to refund the cost, constantly advertising so thought they’d be fairly reputable but disappointed with the service.

Quick and positive issue resolution

I used the online chat function to connect with a live team member quickly and seamlessly. Jade looked into my query, and though Jade needed to ask other members of the team and could not answer immediately, it was only a few hours before I received a resolution via email.
