Dr. Sutej and Cashelle Rose have been so helpful to get me started on a biologic when so many others turned me away even though my
symptoms are moderate to severe. With Rheumatology, things are not always clear and exact, and just having people who will listen to you is very encouraging when you are seeking help. They did a very nice job of this with me.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jessica B.Chamblee, GA010Dec 18, 2024
They delete poor reviews on Google to boost their own standing!!!
Extremely rude people work here. They are not helpful, nor considerate and have no sympathy for any potential patients. I would never recommend people work with "healthcare providers" who do not care about providing help.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Judith Y.Buford, GA010May 25, 2024
I have been seeing Dr. Tanasa for about 5 years for Rheumatoid Arthritis. I cannot say enough positive things about her care. She is professional, approachable, knowledgeable and responsive. The office staff is efficient. The office has their own blood draw area manned by a Lab company and a private infusion center which makes it very convenient for patients.

0 Stars! Dr. Tanasa was nice. Her PA Courtney was nice. Beyond that, I have nothing good to say. After x-rays and a consultation, I was given a sample of a topical gel for pain, which worked really well. A prescription was called in but a prior authorization was needed. After 2 messages through the patient portal, 2 voicemails, and 3 phone calls to the front desk, I was told (via email) that they don't do prior authorizations for the RX I was given. Not once in the three weeks it took to find this out, did I receive a call from a person who seemed to care.

Tried contacting this group over two days and all I got was voice mail and no return calls. I do not recommend trying to get established with this group

I wish I could give them zero stars. I went in after looking at some X-rays from another doctor. They argued with me multiple times due to my age saying that I couldn't have arthritis. Then I had to pay an additional amount for more X-rays only to be told I did indeed have arthritis at my age. I then requested a PT referral after a few months, and they are trying to make me pay for a follow-up appointment to get a referral they already said they would give me. Dr. Tanasa made me feel incredibly stupid for even thinking I had arthritis, and it turns out I did. Find anywhere else to go to. Completely unprofessional and degrading.

Came for my first visit at 9:00. It was supposed to be a 30 minute appointment. After reading the 4 page list of rules, I saw that they charge an additional fee to get prior authorizations for insurance. I've never been charged an additional fee for people to do their job. I was seen by the doctor by 9:30, out for labs at 10, and have been sitting now for labs for 30 minutes. My 30 minute commitment has turned into 2 hours. The only reason I provided any stars is that the office was able to provide sample medication until everything else is straightened out to receive it through insurance. Disappointing policies and too much time to get a check up completed.

Dr Sutej misdiagnosed me in an area he's supposed to be an expert in. He missed an obvious, extreme case of hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. That led me to "therapies" that worsened my condition. He was also unresponsive to requests from my place of work at the time when I was on short-term disability for the pain. Fortunately my other doctors were able to provide the information needed to support my claim.

Undeserving of even one star, but alas Yelp has forced me to conform in order to write this review.
Paul Sutej is deplorable.
If you have any kind of chronic health problem, pain, discomfort, or if you have anything wrong with you at all, this doctor is NOT FOR YOU.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - M J.Alpharetta, GA0110Aug 27, 2019
Would never recommend. Have been coming for years and though the doc is great, the flow is so pitiful. If you want an appointment be willing to sit 3 hours and wait. If you come when they open, you will still wait 1-2 hours. If you want labs and there is no one waiting-you STILL wait 1 hour. It has the poorest of poor communication and scheduling.
