      Terrible company. Was sent a letter our insurance carrier was no longer being serviced by their company. Was not given any options and tried to call and speak with agent. Never got anyone to return a call and only had problems. Will never use them again and do not recommend them.

      Sue Neser at Insure Pro is amazing. She has exceptional customer service skills. By the grace of god - she happened to be the only person answering phones and she helped with my problem. She was a great listener - and resolved my issue. Best service ever!!!

      I have Car and Homeowners insurance for the last year with Insure Pro.
      Was referred to Insure Pro by a fellow who works for a auto body shop where my car was being repaired.

      It's been a DISASTER since the beginning. I spoke with a fellow named Jaren at the initial sigh up, He was very attentive, but he pushed earth quake insurance way too hard! He got the insurance bid all together and I PAID IN FULL.

      THE PAPER WORk PART OF THIS DEAL WAS RIDICULOUS. Multiple ? Duplicate documents sent to sign, fill out etc.

      After this mess, I was contacted 2 times via email by a woman who was interested in my experience. I didn't want to rehash it all. Since this last interaction, I tried to find the email.. not saved.

      I called the office after finally receiving my mail from a neighbor. I wanted to change my limits and deductible. 1st call was after 5 pm and the person who answered the phone was not totally upfront about someone being there I could speak with. Finally she said the last person was leaving.

      Jaren no longer works there, of course.

      I asked for a call back, and she gladly stopped the auto pay. I received a call from Rebecca. I asked her about multiple items, she was helpful with information. When it came to pricing, I could save money by the changes. I wanted to pay 1/2 now and bal in 6 months. She agreed and calculated my payment. It was suppose to be around 1100.00 for auto insurance for 12 months, and I was still able to get the discount. I asked her along the way if we could look at other companies, she said something like" you don't want to go thru all that again". No option. My card was debited for what appears to be close to the same amount as last year!!

      I called immediately, and left a message last Thursday for Rebecca to call back
      ..NO CALL THURSDAY, NO CALL FRIDAY OR SO FAR TODAY!!!!

      FEELS like she lied about our discussion amount , charged my card and moved on. It feels like she's avoiding me.

      At this point I am done with this company. I will be looking for replacement and canceling this policy and EXPECT A REFUND!

      While initially Insure Pro was able to show me a couple hundred dollars in savings, when it came time to make any changes to my policies, cancelling insurance for vehicles I sold, changing from one car to another, etc. the company has been entirely UNRESPONSIVE. They did not respond to my emails for months, I called and they said they would take care of it and didn't, and then because they were 3 months behind, I had worked with Progressive to insure my new car, and only after transferring my insurance to my new car, THEN InsurePro went and canceled my car insurance, with *no* communication directly with me, leaving me uninsured and unaware.

      Also, they failed to actually cancel my original insurance policies, which meant I was paying double insurance for a few months.

      This company has cost me more than it has saved me and their response times border from unprofessional to reckless, since it has left me uninsured. Will pay a little extra to know that I am actually being taken care of.

      While initially Insure Pro seemed like a decent insurance company. After my first meeting with them it was nothing but problems. I sold a vehicle and bought another one. After trying to call/email for several days I was finally able to get ahold of them. They told me they would change my policy and I thought nothing more of it. A few months later a cop ran my plates and I got pulled over for not being insured. My drivers license was suspended until I made it to the DMV to figure things out. I tried contacting insure pro immediately. Left several voice mails, explained the situation in detail, heard nothing from them. The DMV even contacted them, got no response. A month later, after trying nearly every day to get ahold of them I finally got someone on the phone. Then it took them another week to get me the information, knowing my license was suspended. I guess they didn't change my insurance over until the next 6mo period. I had to pay the DMV $500 to get my license renewed. Recently had to change my insurance policy again and finally decided to change insurers. It took calling 5 days in a row during business hours, and leaving voice mails, and emails. To FINALLY get ahold of them to cancel my plan. WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER.

      I have received several commitments for quotes and return phone calls which were not met. I have been a satisfied customer in the past. But, no more.

      I've been very happy with InsurePro. They found the best rates possible for my home and auto insurance. Then, with teenage kids and a couple of accidents later, my insurance was going to cancel on me, and InsurePro found me a new plan, and the kicker, it was substantially less than my current provider that was dropping me. They are great to work with!

      My insurance was serviced through a 3rd party through Insure Pro. Despite my calling Insure Pro to work things out Sublimity (3rd party), concerns were not handled appropriately and my coverage was cancelled. Don't waste your time or money with this company. They are not there to help you or cover your claim. It seems that if you ask questions or have concerns about something, they cancel your policy!!! Stay Away!!!

      Happy to sign you up and charge your account - less than happy, lethargic, and apathetic when you encounter any issues or have questions. My agent immediately found me a competitive plan for my business insurance, but soon after as began to have immediate issues with having too much withdrawn from my accounts (and had to eat the bank fees), withdraws coming at times that were not inline with what InsurePro told me, and InsurePro misquoted my quarterly payments more than once - where I had to correct them. Anytime I emailed my agents contact I rarely received a response within a few days and almost always had to CC my agent on the email to generate a response.

      Bottom line - terrible customer service - this company does not care about you once you are signed.
