We absolutely love the change that has happened with the Myrtle Beach office. Ever since Brad came in and took over and the other guy left, it has been so much better. The staff in the office is so pleasant on the phone, the technicians are always on time and courteous. No matter what you want done, they will do it no questions asked. And if you have any problems, the office manager Brad will call you and personally take care of it. Who does that anymore? We are so happy with this company and have referred several people to them. So imagine my surprise when I got a check in the mail from their referral program! This company is a class act! Look nowhere else. You won't get better quality service or a better price anywhere else!

Do not contact. They make an appointment then have to change it, and only call you once before they change it the day before. They did not follow up when I did not respond, and just showed up at the earlier time without my confirmation. I waited a week to get this appointment and left work early to meet them at my house. On top of that, I was told he was only going to inspect my house on the outside so he should have done that and had my inspection report on the way. But it sounds like he just stood around waiting for me. Not the kind of people I want to start a business transaction with in any capacity.
