What is Capcade?

1. Document Workspaces
Document management is the foundation and cornerstone of the platform. It empowers you to share and manage documents internally and with your external partners effortlessly. This secure workspace can serve as your “single source of truth” to eliminate data and information silos.
With Capcade’s document management, you can:
Store, edit, access and manage documents
Co-create in real time with your team or external collaborators (we have integrated with Microsoft Online)
Streamline document gathering, sharing and reporting by defining pathways, assigning reporters and setting reminders
Ensure only the right people have access to each document with easy to use permission management
Redact, watermark and even lock documents inside your data room for additional layers of security
2. Data Workspaces
This allows organizations to take document management to the next level by transforming documents into data or injesting raw data feeds and creating digestible dashboards. With data management, users are empowered to gain insights across all sources of data by creating or collecting data, integrating with external tools, or building interactive dashboards from scratch, linked to other platform components.
With data management, you can:
Create forms, collect data, or compile and combine data into powerful consolidated views, and share it internally and/or externally
Consume and present data from other external tools and applications (such as PowerBI, Tableau, Matterport, Pitch.com, Vimeo etc.), and control who has access to it through the intuitive permissions management
Build visually appealing dashboards to showcase relevant information to the right stakeholders
3. Task Workspaces
This will revolutionize how you manage your internal and external workflows, ad hoc requests, reports, project planning, task lists, activities, and more. It takes the effort and chaos out of coordinating work across entities, allowing organizations to work together as one team.
