About Company History and Executive Team

COMPANY HISTORY

Ches Nadeau founded Total Logistics Control in 1995. In its early days it functioned solely as a 3PL service provider. Over the years it became evident to Ches that in order to maintain more control over the service levels demanded by our clientele, TLC would need to add assets.

In 1999, Total Logistics Trucking was founded with the purchase of 2 Mack with sleepers. It was at this point that the concept of a Hybrid-Carrier was born within the organization. A transport company that could leverage the advantages of owning and controlling its assets combined with a 3PL to help manage spikes in volume.

Eventually Total Logistics Warehouse was spun off as an independent division with the purpose of differentiating itself and highlighting additional services to our existing clients. We have also developed a Value Added division, which can offer additional consulting & administrative services.

Going forward we plan to develop new areas of service including a USA Domestic Transportation operation, Western Canada operation and Customs Brokerage services.

Throughout the company's evolution, one common thread has been held as a primary corporate philosophy - "Customer Service above all". As such we attribute our phenomenal growth story to the day to day performance of each individual employee & driver.
