Leak coming in my property from the flat above which they manage. No answer at the flat so tried to contact the Edinburgh Letting Centre but their emergency number closes at 5 (not an emergency number). Absolutely no contact or response when asking for updates. Shocking customer service. How hard is it to send a quick email update!!
