I find it very helpful to have the superior customer support that I have received from Nitrisense. I have had questions about when my next D7 devices would show up and how to implement the use of the devices. Nutrisense was immediate in answerring my questons. Jennifer Rivera was very friendly and answered my quesstions in a timely manner. Knowing how food, stress and sleep effect my blood glucose on an hourly basis is very informative.

Please do not purchase unless you are ready to pay the price of the continuous glucose monitor AND pay separately for a nutrition coach. The nutrition coaches are NOT part of the plan. They are an additional hidden cost.

Overall it’s been a good experience…

Overall it’s been a good experience with Nutrisense. The product itself works well as advertised and it’s been super helpful for me to learn about my body and metabolism.
I had an issue with billing which was super frustrating because once a CGM is shipped it can’t be returned even if it isn’t opened and even if it wasn’t requested.
However customer service was really helpful and tried their best to give other options including a partial refund. In the end, it worked out even though it was more money than I planned on spending.
It was a glitch in the system so I imagine this doesn’t happen often ands I was still able to use all of the devices so it was worth it.

scam

So, you pay like $250 per month for ZERO support. It takes about 2 weeks to receive the sensor once you are billed for it. So if you are billed on Feb 12th, they send out the replacement sensors ON that date so by the time you receive them the month is half way through and you've been paying but haven't been able to use the app. There is no number to reach anyone and you go in circles with the chat people and the people on email. For $250 per month they could at least respond in a timely manner.

Support knocks it out of the ballpark again....

Had an issue with trying to resubscribe back up to a CGM subscription, reached out the customer support and we were able to work through many of the issues if not all of them and above and beyond. Keerthy from support did a stellar job at making sure my concerns were addressed. Above and beyond for sure! ☺️

Do not use this service if you expect…

Do not use this service if you expect good customer service. CGM delivery is impossible if you switch from one to the other. I missed 7 days of monitoring due to their error and they gave me $25. The Dexcom readings were inconsistent. I placed an order to switch back to the Libre monitors and they acknowledged receipt of change but sent me Dexcom again. The app is okay. Nutritionist support has been good. It’s pricey and they need serious customer service support overall

Excellent service after a few technical startup problems

When I first signed up the Libre 3 monitors were backordered nationwide so my first delivery was delayed by almost a month. There were also some issues with completion of my health history to qualify for shipment but the customer service was excellent and responsive to these issues putting my account on pause until my first shipment went out. They even issued a credit on my account for the problem of not having the monitors in stock. To solve the issue of completion of the health history required interaction with customer service again and I received excellent customer service advice which required uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I also had trouble following a video for application of my monitor which was for an older version that required assembly and arming. While inspecting my newer ready to apply device I inadvertently activated the application sleeve, exposing the monitor. I thought I could apply it manually, which I did by squeezing it into place. It activated but I never got readings so I contacted customer support again and explained what happened and they helped me troubleshoot it to ultimately find it was “misapplied”. So I applied the 2nd monitor that was shipped and it has worked like a charm. After a week of wearing it and eating my normal diet I have learned a few things about changing the timing of what I eat to see improvements in avoiding glucose spikes and spending more time in the “Green zone” without actually changing what I eat, as well as improving my daily score. They also sent me a replacement very quickly for the one I had misapplied. So after a few missteps early on with the help of great customer service I am very pleased with how it’s working.
