Dear Customer Service,
I placed an order on Sunday for a pair of Brioni shoes, I place payment and on Monday I received an email that my order was cancelled as the item was sold out!
I would expect with modern technology items would not appear on your website if already sold?
In Georgia where i now live I have been charged and even though you have requested a refund I am at the mercy of the foreign exchange rate!
I have lived in over a dozen countries and if refunded the bank would give me the exact refund, here in Georgia it does not work like that, not only do I have to wait 3 to 5 days for a refund I will lose on the foreign exchange differential.
Not only will I not receive what I paid for I will no lose a percentage of my payment in currency and have to wait 3 to 5 days for my fund to be returned.
I would expect a free delivery on my next order as this is a joke, I don't understand with today's technology an electronic inventory that cannot delete sold out items in seconds?

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I contacted cruise and they gave me a refund BUT still waiting for frasier plus to refund me the money and been over a week now
Faulty zip on C.P OVER SHIRT had a return today by dpd but dpd didnt turn up BUT(lied) said they came to my address so had to re arrange a pick up and the girl at crusie was great n sent code for pick up post office.

I have been in constant contact with Gucci direct and they are not interested,I even posted my shoes to Gucci France for inspection but they are refusing to accept liability.I will never purchase from this company again.I cannot afford to lose £540.00,because my only option is to throw the shoes in the bin.
I would appreciate my contact details being passed to Jacqueline Dabner.My issue is regarding a pair of Gucci Bambi shoes.I purchased the shoes in 2019 and I have only worn them 5 times when I took them out a few weeks ago I realised the glitter had come off.I have been in contact with Gucci France direct but,I have taken legal advise and I have been I informed that the retailer is responsible for any replacement,refund or repair under the 2015 Consumer Rights Act,I paid £540.00.I have my receipt and they are stored away in their original bags,box & Cruise bag to make sure they are kept good.
