Member is experiencing error “Something went wrong. Error Code: Renewal record already exists for given member, organization, and position, Message Invalid Request”. The member used different browsers to attempt to resolve. There is an unpaid receipt on the account, I assume they had began the renewal process but exited without completing. How can they get around the error?
My understanding is that all renewal issues have to be submitted by council staff to national via internal channels. The team that supports that process doesn’t take bug reports or otherwise communicate with the volunteers here.
