What is good :
Quality, Price, Delivery time - I love this !

What is (unfortunally) VERY bad:
If the shoes does not fit and you like to return: No answers to mails, no service how to return, i
n the end no possibility to return the shoes.

Finally you got shoes, you have paid for but does not fit. So, if you really know your shoe sice, you can order without any doubt. But If you are not really shure about your shoe size (and unfortunally moma shoes are bigger than others with same shoe sizes) - don´t order !

I ordered 2 pair of shoes which I returned them well within the 14 day period in fact within 2 days and I have confirmation from my local postal office that you have indeed received the return but you have not confirm this with myself or Klarna for the outstanding invoice that is open. Per Klarna they have well paid you for the shoes and you have not repaid them the money owed for these shoes. I find this totally not acceptable to the point that I even re-ordered with you for the correct size which I received and paid for. This is so not an acceptable practice from you.
I have sent several emails, chats via whatsapp and no response. How can you get 5 stars when you cannot respond to your customers?

I came across this site while looking for one particular pair of shoes, velour Mary Janes in pink, and very happy to have found them on zooode.com for less than half the price of other websites. When the transaction failed to process I contacted customer service and was promptly helped. It was one of my most pleasant online shopping experiences! Amazing prices, fantastic customer service, and fast shipping. I definitely recommend them!

DO NOT PURCHASE SHOES from this company. I purchase expensive Calvin Klein shoes from this company in winter to give them to my sister as a birthday present. She was able to wear them ONCE in the summer and then they fell apart. When I wanted to return the faulty item company representative explained to me that the return period has expired and when I mentioned that Under EU rules customer always have the right to a minimum 2-year guarantee at no cost. A staff member called Elena replied to me “Who assures me that the shoe has not suffered strong shocks? Then, I repeat, I cannot do anything about it.” I offered to send the shoes back for examination … A total nightmare ☹

What is good :
Quality, Price, Delivery time - I love this !

Very reliable and professional

I ordered a pair of mbt shoes from this company which arrived very quickly even if was almost Christmas . The shoes where not what I wanted so I contacted the company and they where very professional and reliable as well as courteaus. They send me another pair of shoes. And in no time the shoes were with me ..and all this just before the 24th of December. I am very very pleased with this company. Thank you.

Hello dear Conniar, your evaluation saddens us a lot but in this regard, we would like to specify that you have regularly received your order by express courier from Italy to Australia (with great economic expenditure on our part), despite some difficulties during the delivery phase as the Fedex courier initially deposited the package in a nearby local office (we would like to point out that the wrong ZIP code was automatically generated from the courier's database).

Great online shop for shoes

Great online shop for shoes. They always have many different kind of shoes on sale. With Zooode you can save a lot when buying a good Italian shoes. Their team is nice and very responsive. I had to change a size for one pair of shoes I ordered and they helped me to send me the right number without paying any extra for another shipping. I also send them back for free as Paypal have an option to pay return shipping. I will definetely order from ZOOODE again in the future.

Item was returned on time but money never refunded!

I bought from Zooode through AliExpress. Because I got sick I could not pick the shoes up from the pick up point on time and they were send back within the same week. DHL has confirmed the return but Zooode will not answer me about a refund. Till this day I have not received my money back. So do not order from them, they will not refund your money when you return the product on time!

And in fact, you know very well that we have regularly sent you your order placed on October 29th, which arrived immediately at the Dutch address indicated by you on November 2nd; after about a month of non-collection on your part, considering that our (read) messages have never been answered, although you have lost your complaint with Aliexpress, the courier has scheduled the return to Italy at our expense and above all you have regularly received your refund (as you also confirmed) when we verified that the order has returned to our Italian office.
While we don't understand why you left this unfair review, we will continue to trust all customers and do our best on a regular and friendly basis.
