Unable to open the app keep saying device was compromised. Went down personally to cimb sg branch at raffles place seeking for hell and the staff just told me to visit samsung instead. What does it have to do with samsung when your own cimb app have issues? Don't have any issues with other banking app. Only CIMB Sg. Not even CIMB MY have issues on my phone. The support given from CIMB SG is at bare minimum, really.

Hi Jeffrey Teoh, We are sorry for your experience. Your access to Clicks is blocked to safeguard your account from scams, due to device being jailbroken, being tampered or app having risky permission setting. Hence, you could contact your phone manufactuer for assistance. CIMB Digital Banking Team

I keep having issues with logging in. The apps just closes after signing in. What is this??? Update: The issue has been resolved after some email exchange. Thank you CIMB. Review updated.

App does not have Lock/Unlock Credit Card function even though CIMB Malaysia's app have this security function for years. Local credit card users' security not important? Update 28 Nov: Reporting lost and Lock is a totally different case. Else CIMB Malaysia will not have added the lock function.

Currently, you can report your card as lost or stolen and we will block your card(s) immediately: Login > Apply & Services > Credit Card-related Services > Report as Lost or Stolen.
