    Positive: The dedication that e-bot7's Customer Success team demonstrates we do like best. They are always available and work on a solution asap whenever we have a solution. Our meetings are well structured and of great value to us; they walk us through the roadmap, introduce new features to us and sometimes invite us to beta test new features they consider to implement.     Summary: After implementing e-bot7's solution, our customer service agents do not have to deal with repetitive customer requests anymore and, hence, can focus on more complex requests right away. Our recent customer survey revealed an increase in customer satisfaction as they do not experience long waiting times anymore. As our international customer base continues to grow, we are considering to expand the solution.

    Positive: After having tried different vendors, we can tell that ebot7's solution is the one we like best: The interface is very intuitive; e.g., changing functionalities of the chatbot is simple and does not require any technical knowledge. The e-bot7 team has been super supportive in the beginning as they were very attentive by helping us to decide which package fits our needs best, setting up demo calls, and ensured a smooth onboarding and implementation of the solution.

    Positive: Before we became aware of the solution of e-bot7, we never looked into the topic of AI: We thought it was too complex on the one hand and too expensive on the other. However, the team of e-bot7 showed us very clearly by means of specific use cases how our customer service would benefit. And this does not require any technical understanding on the part of our agents. Shortly after e-bot7's solution was implemented, we realized that the majority of our customers use the solution with great satisfaction. Now, after 2 years of cooperation we have saved a huge load of money - it's definitely worth it!

    Positive: We are impressed by the ease of use of e-bot7's solution. Everything included is intuitive as well as easy to handle, especially the console to create dialogues and edit the virtual assistant's settings. There is no need at all to include developers in this process! Besides, the integration with our CRM system was going frictionless.

    Summary: We do absolutely recommend e-bot7's solution. The main reason to look for an AI solution that automates our customer service was the increasing number of customer complaints due to long waiting times. e-bot7 decreases customer waiting time to mere seconds. Overall, we are very impressed.

    Positive: The greatest advantage is that the bot learns automatically and, hence, no manual effort on our side is necessary. This allows us scaling our customer service without having to utilize additional internal resources. Besides, the console is intuitive and super easy to use, incl. creating bots and editing contextual dialogues.

    Negative: Data download from the console has been slow initially, but e-bot7 fixed the issue instantly.
