Mind the noise level, be aware of others working nearby, be friendly and kind to other members and their guests.
Keep it clean. Pick up after yourself; if you use a cup, dish, spoon, etc., wash it and place it in the dishwasher.
Keep harmful germs away, stay home if feeling unwell, wash hands or use sanitizer regularly, wipe down desks and tables before and after use with sanitizing wipes.
Reserve Meeting Rooms to ensure the space is available before using. Please don’t camp out longer than your reserved time.
Please limit guest and client visits to 2 hours or less. If they will be onsite longer or repeatedly, please reserve a Meeting Room, purchase a Day Pass, or monthly Membership.
Treat everyone with dignity and respect.
For your security, Studio Workspaces is locked 24×7 and only accessible via our mobile app.

The building’s 1st floor main doors unlock at 6 am and relock at 6 pm M-F.
All Access membership? A 24×7 membership card key can be issued to provide access after hours and on the weekends.
Members have access to high-speed wireless internet that is available throughout the workspace.

Lights run on occupancy sensors and will turn off automatically with no activity in the room.
The kitchen is available for your use, with two refrigerators, two microwaves, and a Keurig coffee machine. We supply coffee pods, teas, bottled water, sugar, creamer, snacks, mugs, cups, plates, bowls, and utensils. Let us know if you have any special requests.
Please help keep the kitchen clean. * CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF *
– Use a cup, dish, etc. wash it, or place it in the dishwasher.
– Wipe down messes on the countertops.
– Do not put food scraps in the disposal.
– Cover your food when heating it in the microwave.
Restrooms are located at the end of the hallway to your right.
Don’t forget to bring your phone, as you will need it for re-entry into the office.
Place your office trash can(s) outside your office door when leaving for the day, and it will be emptied by the janitorial staff.

Please keep guest visits to 2 hours or less. If they plan to stay longer they should purchase a membership or day pass.
Please need to contact you directly to get access to the workspace. All guests must sign in at the front desk and receive a guest badge for entry.
All food deliveries from DoorDash, UberEats, etc., will have to contact you directly when they arrive so you can meet them at the door. We will not buzz them into the workspace.
If you have a special event that you would like to host, we can provide the space and offer assistance as needed. Complete the meeting room form, and you will be contacted to discuss the details.
Workspace announcements and details for member events are posted to the Studio Workspaces mobile app. ALL members are welcome to join.
In our effort to help slow the spread of the coronavirus, we ask members to stay home if feeling unwell and to wear a mask in all common areas (entry, coworking spaces, kitchens, and restrooms).
Masks are not required inside private offices or at desks.
