HAMILTON POINT INVESTMENTS
Hamilton Point Investments is a real estate private equity investment firm that owns and manages multifamily apartment properties. HPI invests through a series of real estate private equity investment funds raised from individual accredited investors through a selling group of independent broker-dealers and registered investment advisors. It also invests in hotels with real estate private equity raised from individual accredited investors through a selling group of independent broker-dealers an... d registered investment advisors. The properties owned by HPI and affiliated entities are managed by wholly-owned Hamilton Point Property Management. HPPM is responsible for cost-effective, efficient, and institutional-quality property-level staffing, leasing, maintenance, contracting, marketing, and reporting. It was established by J. David Kelsey and Matthew A. Sharp in 2010 in Old Lyme, Connecticut.
