HAND IN HAND FAMILY SERVICES
Hand In Hand Family Services provides personalized services to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. They offer OPWDD medicaid waiver services including community habilitation, respite care, and medicaid service coordination. Hand in Hand works to help people with developmental disabilities achieve productive and fulfilling lives by creating opportunities and supporting them in ways that allow them to access the supports and services they want and need. They encourage, motivate and create improved outcomes for the individuals they serve.
