Hansa acquired mining claims and leases in the Skillefte gold mining district of northern Sweden. In January 2010 Hansa sold it’s Swedish properties to Botnia Exploration Holding AB, a Swedish public company, for $1,000,000 cdn. and 237 million shares of Botnia which were ultimately converted into $ 2,900,000 cdn.
