Harper James is a full-service national commercial law firm with offices in London, Sheffield, Birmingham, and Cambridge. Our solicitors provide expert corporate legal advice for businesses in the UK. We provide expert business legal services from partner level lawyers, but at affordable prices for startups, SMEs and other businesses. The majority of our lawyers have previously worked for a top 100 UK law firm or in-house at large international businesses. Our business model is based around cli... ents paying a small monthly amount to us via direct debit for largely subscription-based legal services (although we also handle one-off instructions for ad-hoc legal needs at a competitive hourly rate). This model is sustained due to our low overheads and the fact that most of our lawyers work remotely
