Helpp is a mobile app that connects consumers with individual service providers who are available for on-call or scheduled appointments, ready to provide help with a wide variety of local services often at a moment’s notice. Skilled, unskilled, and professional services such as handyman, bookkeeping, personal trainer, movers, guides, delivery, yard care, craft skills, groomers, and photography. There are apps for rides, food delivery, package delivery, errands, laundry service, home repair, home decorating, house cleaning, yard care, pool care, car care, babysitting, tutoring, music lessons, coaching, party planning, massage, hair and nails, fitness, pet grooming, pet sitting, dog walking, guided tours, and moving. This is known as the gig economy as the engagement is typically short. Helpp operates in a subspace of the gig economy known as the local on-demand economy where the service providers physically interact with their customers.
