Hlp is an app-based platform that engages and coordinates a community of family, friends and professional carers to support a person in need. Hlp also coordinates care directly with professional providers and facilitates access to services as a backup when family or friends are not available. Hlp is an intelligent, 21st century approach to creating significant improvement to the quality of individual, non-institutional care.
