HMC Education is an insurance pharmacy company. Japan is aging with a declining birthrate and an aging population that is unparalleled in the world. Despite the decline in the working-age population and the continuation of medical and social welfare, Japan's social policies are not even felt as a concrete and effective measure. In June 2014, the Pharmacist Act was revised for the so-called comedy dispensing / insurance pharmacy industry in “false and empty health care” and “society that s... till clings to past heritage and truth” . Based on this amendment, the “Health Support Pharmacy System” started in October 2016 as a measure of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare. Currently, the vast majority of about 250,000 pharmacists are able to overcome the changing situation on their own. Specific measures are not clearly defined. In the near future of these pharmacists, it is expected that there will be an urgent need to revise medical fees, and it will be necessary to enter a new position in the regional comprehensive system or a chosen position for advanced pharmacy. With such social backgrounds surrounding the medical treatment and the chaotic situation in the comedy industry, along with like-minded medical workers and experts, especially with pharmacists who have foresight and achievement, HMCE was established to achieve the major goal of “eliminating concerns about next-generation quality of life through accurate medical cost reduction”.More
