HOGARU
Hogaru targets the +6 million small and medium sized businesses in Latin America that need a clean and efficient office. Rather than using contractors, Hogaru's cleaners are fully employed to foster long-term retention and quality. Hogaru invests heavily in a cleaner’s background check, training, compensation and benefits (e.g.: micro-loans and access to education). Currently, Hogaru operates in 3 cities in Colombia (Bogotá, Medellin and Cali) with a team of +500 fully employed cleaners and +2k recurring clients. During 2017, Hogaru will expand its operation in other cities in Latin America.
