Additionally, they usually are not exposed on the Internet, this leads to a low competitiveness in a context where the use of Internet and mobile devices is growing. For instance, in Peru, more than 50% of the hotels don’t have a web page nor information systems to support their business processes; but most of them do have Internet access.
