HDSolutions' founders are dialysis and usability specialists. We have worked in the dialysis sector since 2004 and until 2010 were entirely focused on Clinical Haemodialysis. We have conducted in-depth clinical and patient user research using "state-of-the-art" digital touch screen technology. Our primary focus was on alleviating in-clinic dialysis patient boredom and depression, solving data logging errors, and data mismanagement for staff. We have also completed research on digital solutions f... or patient education & diet management. HDSolutions developed a touch screen digital patient survey application, as well as in-clinic infotainment and social networking options. In 2005, HDSolutions developed an innovative and highly successful dialysis Human Machine Interface (HMI) system. The core competence of our team is this HMI and Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) skill set, coupled with over 20 years experience in user-testing. HDSolutions’ principals are published in leading scientific journals on Cognitive Ergonomics and HCI. Home Dialysis is a challenging and critical area of work.
