HORIZON CARE
Horizon provides specialised education and psychologically informed residential care to support children and young people. Our homes are family sized, detached properties offering a comfortable and homely environment in rural, semi-rural and residential locations, for up to 3 young people. Care is provided by a team of child care practitioners who are specially trained in a range of psychological approaches and theories including child development, attachment and resilience and are clinically supported by qualified clinical psychologists.
