The well intervention/workover services market will grow from an estimated $9.97 billion in 2013 to $17.48 billion by 2018, with a CAGR of 11.9% from 2013 to 2018. Horizontal Well Testing Ltd. (HWT) is on the leading edge of providing a new well intervention service for horizontal wells in the oil and gas industry for Re-Fracking in horizontal wells. The U.S., as a country, is the largest end user for well intervention services and is expected to continue with the same trend. As the existin... g oil and gas production is depleting, the need for well intervention services is gaining pace. The maturity of existing oil and gas wells also leads to a greater expansion of intervention services. We require financing in the amount of $2,500,000 USD. The funding ($1,500,000 USD) is required to begin work on the design and building of our next generation tool (3 1/2 inch O.D.). It will cover: design, purchase of off the shelf components, software up-grades, and manufacture of new parts. The balance (1,000,000 USD) will cover expenses until the system is ready to go to market, which we anticipate having a test string ready to be put in a well within 7 - 9 months.More
