IBLUES

IBLUES Corporation was founded in December 1999. Francisco R. Ortega had been working 5 years with OpenVMS ( VAX, DEC Alpha) on systems administration, Database administration (Oracle) and low level programming (C language.) IBLUES was created to offer a systematic approach to customized software development using Microsoft development tools and 3rd party components. IBLUES has worked on different projects and has conducted research. In June of 2000, the company directed the migration of G... reat Plains DOS to Great Plains Dynamics (now Microsoft Dynamics). It included Crystal Reports using Pervasive SQL 2000 and customized systems settings. In December 2001, IBLUES was hired to create a prototype system to enable secure Biometrics control (via fingerprinting) using Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 and Gem Plus biometrics readers. The prototype included the ability to use Smart Cards to store the biometrics data and other related sensitive data. It also included a Visual Basic 6.0 front end with Access database which displayed the information of patients to be viewed by their primary physician and/or specialist. In 2003, IBLUES developed applications in PHP and MySql for web projects, as well as an Inventory Lot design in Microsoft access with Crystal Reports. In 2004, IBLUES conducted research on the .Net Framework, the C# language and current business needs in its area. During mid 2004, IBLUES explored with developing a faster method of inventory control, job scheduling and next high assembly system; designed for medium and large enterprises.
