INSTITUTE OF CORPORATE DIRECTORS (ICD)
The ICD offers formal Director education programs delivered nationally and short one-day courses designed by Directors, for Directors on topical governance issues affecting both Directors and Boards. The Directors Education Program (DEP), jointly developed by the Institute of Corporate Directors and the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management, is offered nationally at Canada’s top business schools. Since the launch of the DEP, over 5,000 directors have completed the program, taking the first step towards acquiring their ICD.D designation.
