IES - INTERNATIONAL EVALUATION SYSTEM

The IES Football (soccer) Project started in Germany in 2014, through a detailed study of the training model implemented by the DFB in the early 2000s which made Germany a reference in the training of athletes. Later, demonstrating its growth by becoming 2014 FIFA World Cup Champions. In Brazil, we were able to join a team formed by professors of excellence and internationally renowned in the training of athletes, masters with great experience in the use of sport as a human training factor, IT... executives and internationally awarded professionals in the development of platforms and systems with high usability. The result is an application that brings coaches, athletes, and parents a complete performance analysis solution. By providing training tools for coaches to be constantly updating their learning and being able to offer distant learning classes and training sessions, as well as promoting a strong interaction between coach staff, athletes and parents. All this through a mobile application with access via phone and tablet. We constantly revise to optimize the grading language and work with you to personalize your experience to fit the current youth training reality. IES Football reinforces the pioneering position of your club/academy and brand, bringing you innovation and excellence to your talent development methods. The whole solution is legitimized by the laboratory of indicators and performance of the University of Sao Paulo (USP), in addition to the direct participation of the consulting “Talent Diagnosis” scouting founded by professionals with decades of experience in great clubs and teams around the world. The IES platform is comprised of three modules: The Admin, with access via our website, and two applications, which you can find in the Play Store or the Apple Store: the IES Football Coach App and the IES Football Athlete App. The platform is fully customized with your brand, colors and logos. We also allow the registration of up to two sponsors or supporters for your projects, giving you the opportunity to add their brands to the bottom of your platform offering them a different type of exposure. Through the Admin module the coach in charge of the club/academy customizes the application and registers coaches, athletes & parents together. The Admin also selects the collection of IES videos that will be made available to its users, besides being able to register videos created by the club. The IES Football Coach application, provides the coach, in a very simple way, a diagnosis and optimization of the training process with emphasis on performance analysis and individual feedback. Coach App promotes the improvement of the technical gestures (perfection and speed of execution), as well as the development of the understanding of game, seeking better and faster decision making. The whole process is segmented by age, considering the aspects and characteristics of the young athlete starting at 5 years to the most mature ages. Important to note that we do not interfere with your training method, but instead introduce a powerful performance analysis tool into your routine. For parents, the IES platform brings new experience in monitoring the training of athletes. Through the IES Football Athlete application, parents and athletes start to follow the evolution of young athletes training in sport in a fun and modern way, this allowing greater motivation for all those involved in the athletes training process. The platform also allows the coach to send messages, videos and event schedules which greatly facilitates communication and increases the prospect of improving the athlete at a distance through audiovisual content. In the Administrator Section, the director registers coaches, athletes and parents, in addition to the teams, where coaches and athletes will be allocated. After registration, everyone involved will receive emails with login and password to access the app. In this section, the director can also customize the app with a logo and colors. You can also add up to two sponsors who will be featured in the IES Football Athlete app, increasing the exposure of their supporters and making your club or academy even more attractive to advertisers. This section is accessed only by the contracting director of the tool. We offer 3 different materials to help you with the evaluations: 1 - Manuals: The parameters are arranged in the Manuals by Football and Futsal mode and divided in Technical, Tactical, Behavioral, Physical and Specific for Goalkeepers 2 - Videos: We also have instructions on videos divided by subject (Technical, Tactical, Goalkeeper, Behavioral and Physical Assessment). These videos are available on our YouTube channel and in the videos section of the coach's app. 3 - Evaluation Forms: We create the paper forms to facilitate the marking of the grades in the field. We suggest you first use these paper forms and then enter the grades in the system later. In these, it is possible to even identify the age signaling from which the parameter should be evaluated. For example, 7+ means that the parameter should be evaluated from the age of 7 up. Our proposal is that you divide the evaluation in several parts as this will create a more favorable environment for coaches, athletes and parents to further analyze the fundamentals and feedbacks provided through the grades. We also recommend writing down the grades on the forms and double checking if the grades given correspond to the observed performance Research indicates that expressive volumes of young people abandon programs and practices of sports initiation each year in the world. By receiving grades and visualizing the evolution of attributes through a card, the youth remain motivated with the exercises and have a greater tendency not to abandon the sport, besides always seeking constant improvement. Through the IES Application, in a very simple and intuitive way, the coach makes a diagnosis with emphasis on the analysis of performance and individual feedback. The application promotes the improvement of technical gestures (perfection and speed of execution), as well as the rapid development of the game understanding. In addition, we have from experience seen how much the athlete and parents love sharing the card with grades with their friends.
