The Inclusive Network offers companies a cooperative approach to recruiting that reduces bias and improves time to hire metrics by repurposing interviews with rejected applicants into short-form video candidate introductions called Lead-Ins. Organizations anonymously collaborate on the Inclusive Network to share interviews of rejected candidates which supports those applicants by surfacing them to other employers who may be of a better fit. The candidate population experiences a modern solution to hiring which leverages short-form video as a new medium for candidate screening and selection activities. The use of video reduces resumé sorting and gatekeeper biases providing for a fairer opportunity of employment. Organizations on the Inclusive Network can earn Inclusive Network Tokens (INT) for their participation. This INT is an Avalanche (AVAX) blockchain ERC-20 utility token.
