INDUSTRIAL EQUITY
Industrial Equity was formed for the purpose of acquiring industrial warehouse, and/or distribution properties in target markets. These target markets are Kansas City, Missouri, Louisville, KY, and Savannah, GA. The Company intends to operate as a real estate investment fund with the allocation of the capital for acquisitions that will mature over a seven-year period. The Company intends to allocate an estimated seventy-five percent of the invested capital towards property acquisitions that wi... ll require an extended duration of time to fully stabilize. The Company expects to allocate an estimated twenty-five percent of the invested capital to include; initial fund costs, projected reposition/redevelopment costs, property reserves, marketing costs and leasing commissions, and other fees. The Company will identify properties suitable for acquisition, reposition/redevelopment the properties, complete lease-up as necessary, and reach stabilization. As position cash flow is available, distributions will be made to the investors as set forth herein. It was founded in 2015 and is headquartered in Overland Park, Kansas.
