INN FROM THE COLD

Inn from the Cold is a non-profit organization that helps prevent homelessness, diversion, emergency family shelter, and supportive housing. They provide programs with one-time financial help, landlord mediation, locating new permanent housing, coordinating counselling or legal guidance and advice, delivering coordinated support with community partners, and arranging emergency shelter. They also provide health and wellness support, child and youth programming, connecting with cultural programs and resources, support with parenting skill development and help connect to employment, career counselling and legal aid, financial support to cover damage deposits and rent, Elders, ceremony, smudge, medicines, teachings, and in-house activities and events.
